UPDATE AGAIN: At…read morethis point, I honestly find it concerning that a physician continues responding publicly by arguing with a patient instead of acknowledging that there was clearly a misunderstanding  You continue focusing on defending your practice, accusing me of "mischaracterizing" events, and using words like "defamatory" and "fabricated," yet you still have not addressed the actual issue I raised. I was told by YOU there was concern for a possible ectopic pregnancy, given orders stating possible ectopic pregnancy, and provided a STAT ultrasound order. Whether you personally consider that outpatient urgency or not, being told those things understandably caused fear and concern. My review was never about expecting instant service, emergency-room care from an office, or claiming you controlled outside imaging schedules. My issue was simple: after informing your office that my imaging appointments kept being canceled, I asked whether I could go to another location and tried to obtain the information needed to complete the testing, but I struggled to get clear communication or guidance on how I was supposed to proceed. You continue calling my experience "misleading," but my review reflects what I personally experienced as a patient. Publicly questioning a patient's credibility, implying dishonesty, and suggesting that "reasonable patients" would respond differently does NOT strengthen your position regarding communication or professionalism at all. You are entitled to defend your practice and Patients are equally entitled to share their experiences that is literally the purpose of yelp And to clarify: I am not "backtracking" or inventing concerns. The concern for a possible ectopic pregnancy, the STAT ultrasound order, and the urgency surrounding the ultrasound all came directly from information provided during my care. The reason I repeatedly tried contacting your office was not to attack your practice. I was trying to understand how I was supposed to complete testing that I had been told was important after my appointments kept getting canceled. I repeatedly asked whether I could go to another location and even requested the information needed to move forward with testing, I was simply trying to get guidance on what I was supposed to do next And Your continued responses unfortunately prove my point in how the communication concerns that led me to leave the review in the first place

My ONLY complain is that he does not give any pictures for ultrasounds and office is a little old..but I did not care given that I trusted him 100% to do my surgeries. Unfortunately I moved to Georgia so he is no longer my OB, but I hope to find someone of his quality out here!

Saw Dr. Elias for about two years. I really wanted it to work out, and I was more than patient…read more First time I saw him he said to me, "you know you have to go through surrogacy." Mind you I was there because I was having bad pain. I had my tubes removed so of course I knew I couldn't get pregnant and nothing on my intake forms mentioned me inquiring pregnancy. In the two years he was able to give me a diagnosis with cysts, a mass, and Adenomyosis. I was grateful for his diagnosis and finally some answers. When I mentioned light duty due to pain until we figure out a plan or solution and he responded, "I can't do that!" I did a more than incredibly painful biopsy with him under no medication and it was beyond painful and he showed no compassion. I didn't feel heard or cared for. He offered no treatment plan. I called him expressing how bad I was bleeding and in pain, and he told me to go to the ER to ensure nothing ruptured. I go to the ER and the doctors ask me what did your OBGYN offer for you w/ these findings, I had to tell them nothing along side of continuing testing. Short time after, he tells me we will redo testing in another two months. Thats when I knew that was it for me. About a month later I went to another OBGYN to get another opinion. Now I am in recovery from a total hysterectomy. Mass removed, no more scary bleeding, etc., I firmly believe if you're with child Dr. Elias will be good for you, but if you're having problems outside of pregnancy I don't feel you will get the care you need here.
