They told me they would charge me $25 for his senior well visit and the stitch removal was going to be complimentary over the phone. When I went to get charged they were going to charge me for both the visit and the removal but I brought up the phone conversation and they honored it without even checking with the staff who I spoke to. I really appreciated that. I thought that was an amazing price for both services and I appreciated how they handled the miscommunication. Great customer service!

No vet will take us because they're not taking new clients so we're taking him to an emergency hospital being that it's a Friday now.
