Nobody is ever available onsite, and, on the rare occasion that you can actually speak to a Company representative, they misrepresent everything and will just flat out lie to you about their policies and procedures. 2. They raise their rates without notifying you first. All of the sudden, just out of the blue, your monthly service fee is raised without an email, phone call, NOTHING. 3. If you leave a message requesting a call back; you will never receive a phone call, text; NOTHING. 4. When you finally move your stuff out of your storage unit, they require a 30-day notice. We gave more than a 30-day notice, but they still charged us for another month's rental anyway. We even spoke to a Company representative that told us we were doing everything required and there wouldn't be any problems. If, after reading this, you still decide to rent a storage unit from this Company; never, never, never, ever give them a debit card or pay by automatic withdrawal. Just pay them monthly by a check, or drop off cash and be sure to get a receipt. They are dishonest and they will steal from you. They do not appreciate your business and they do not care about you. ALL they care about is $$$$$MONEY. I sincerely hope this business receives a mega dose of KARMA as soon as possible.
