I've seen her 8 times now since July because I have a current back/hip issue and VERY tight IT bands. I like me a good massage, but even though I haven't yet had to tap out, not gonna lie... my eyes start to water and I'm gripping the bed rails while she's working on my tenderest spots. I know the goal here is to get my IT bands loosened, so I do my best to let her do her magic. I've been with Dr. Duddey for over 20 years, but I honestly waited too long to return this time. It's much better to come on a regular basis, not only when you are "911", like he says.... I'm paying the price now!

The front desk ladies are so sweet, helpful & welcoming! Dr. Maloney is very educated, personable, & explains everything very well. He also gives you exercises/stretches to do on the days you're not seeing him. I feel safe having him do my adjustments. The equipment (hydro massage & this other machine- I forget the name) here is new & nice! I do 10 mins on each machine to loosen up my body before seeing the doctor. Love this! What sets this clinic apart from many other chiropractors is their corrective chiropractic approach. Adjustments are targeted precisely to the areas where your spine is misaligned, based on detailed X-ray analysis rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment. The clinic is currently undergoing a management change, but fortunately my two expert doctors will be staying. The one area I hope the clinic will improve is its queue management system. My family and I often spend a long time upto over an hour waiting for our turns to get adjusted. A more efficient scheduling process would greatly enhance the overall patient experience. Overall, I am very grateful for the care I have received and the results I have achieved here.
