I wish Yelp would allow half stars, as 3.5 fits this place for me. Staff was very friendly, from a greeting as you walk in all the way to a "thanks for coming" as you leave. I would give them a 4.5. Food was fresh tasting and quality ingredients. We had a pizza, chicken parm, and garlic knots. Chicken parm was good although the sauce was quite thin. The garlic knots really didn't have flavor. They were just bread knots that were very bland and relied totally on the marinara. The marinara was good though. Overall the pizza was good but same complaint as the knots with the pizza crust. I always eat the crust on pizza, but didn't hear, as it was just like eating plain bread. I will definitely give them another try when in the area cause I want to give them the 4 stars. read more

Party of four ordered different items. Salmon on my salad was reminiscent of cafeteria food, fishy and in desperate need of seasoning. Chicken parm sub according to dad was bland and chewy. Eggplant rigatoni with meatballs according that diner was described as a heated frozen meal. Mom ordered a burger with ketchup, mayo and onion she got a cheeseburger with tomato ketchup and mayo. Overstuffed with cheese for an impressive cheese pull. Could've used a bit more garlic butter, but overall, a good start. For the pizza we got the "Grandma" pizza. A 16" square thicker crust pizza topped with mozzarella, basil, oregano, and a deliciously sweet marinara. The crust was perfect. Went to this place on Friday, June 21, 2024. Apparently the name has changed to Tony's Restaurant or something like that. Also in a different location across the street and down the block a little bit. Parking lot in the back but also street parking around the corner. Pizza was delicious but could have had a little more sauce. Stuffed garlic knots were 50/50, some had lots of cheese but some had almost none. Service wasn't bad but we had to ask for knives. Why are the utensils plastic? You're already washing dishes why not have real utensils and not add more trash to the landfills? Restrooms were very clean. Everything about this place is perfect. A friend and I got hungry driving through starke and we decided to stop at this place for lunch and I'm so happy that we did. We started with the stuffed garlic knots and they were heaven! They definitely didn't hold back on the cheese in them. For my meal I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and and it came in a huuuge portion loaded with sauce on top. Just like the garlic knots, it was simply perfect and I couldn't stop eating. Honestly for the quantity and quality of the meal I'd have paid $20 but it was only around $10! For dessert my friend and I split a cannoli and I swear I had never had better, he said the same. The filling was just so creamy and delicious we were literally scraping the plate just to finish it all. This place truly deserves 5 stars!! I'm not sure about their Italian food, as the 4 of us had subs and a burger to takeout. All 4 came with fries - about 12-13 with less than an ounce of ketchup. when ordering the burger, they said they didn't have any mustard??? I asked for Italian dressing on the side for one sub but didn't receive. Ordered on phone with 25 minute pickup time. Had to wait on the burger when we arrived and it ended up being half-cooked, pink inside. All in all, a horrible experience. read more

I came back to this place again after 3yrs, and they still have amazing food with an amazing atmosphere. I got the Stuffed Garlic knots this time and a Ravioli Carbonara with chicken. The stuffed garlic knots came with 5 knots and were quite large and of a good shareable size. The marinara dipping sauce it came with was excellent and not too sweet. The Ravioli Carbonara with chicken may be the best carbonara sauce I've had in a while. It's rich without being too heavy, and I could fully taste the bacon and peas flavor. Went on a Friday evening, they had the tables set up for larger parties, so that our party of 2 had to sit at a long table with another couple at the other end, so not the most private or cozy for a dinner out. We ordered a supreme Stromboli, which was pretty good, fresh baked bread stuffed with lots of tasty filling, could have used a little more marinara on the side, but overall a good dish. And then we also had an eggplant rollatini, which was supposed to be over angel hair but was served over spaghetti. The dish was sadly flavorless & mushy, and not even very hot. And one would think you would get at least a small piece of garlic bread or a knot to go with your entree, but there wasn't any. So not a great choice overall for that dish. I have been to this restaurant when they were at their older location, which was much smaller but truly the food was all around better quality. Not sure why the change of food quality in the new location. Not super excited about coming back for a dinner out, but maybe will give them another try for lunch sometime. read more

Excellent place to dine for pizza, salad or pasta. Today, I had the grill chicken salad the portion size is enough for 2-3 people. I also had a small (10') pepperoni pizza with Italian sausages.
