When we first walked through it we really liked the lay out so we took a second look. I should have known we wouldn't get good representation when I opened the oven and it was filthy and Jen just shrugged her shoulders, a good agent would have had the owner clean it. We went ahead and went into contract but we were staying 1 1/2 hrs away. We were hoping Jen would look out for us since we couldn't be in town everyday. There were things that happened along the way and I could tell she was looking out for the seller more then us. Hence if you don't know anyone in town don't use this agency because they will be looking out for the seller not you.

We agreed to the entire job and Derick said he needed $2900 Monday to start Thursday with the balance due upon completion In a week. I spoke with him several times, sent detailed pictures along with paint colors twice. The last time I spoke to him Saturday i told him that I would be home with movers to move in on Monday the 20th So I had to have the 2 rooms with heavy furniture ready. Monday when I showed up to my home that i had professionally cleaned a week prior (4 days before he had access to my home) I had to cry. Derick had access to my home for only5 days and not only was not 1 single room finished but there was paomt all over my dining room floor, splotches in the den, paint on my stove, counters and even inside my refrigerator! His equipment was spread throughout the house, an abandoned vehicle in my driveway, a bag of chicken bones & other food trash on my counters. Cigarette buts smashed out on the floor. My house had been winteruzed before my putchase & I told the cleaning company to not bother with the bathroom toilets because I am disabled and was replacing them. Someone, Derick said it wasn't him but he was the only person in the home after the cleaning company, had ripped the wrapping off the primary Bathroom toilet and used it but was unabe to flush it. Now here I am almost a week later and Dericj refuses to return any money and basically said it's my fault. I guess I am at fault for trusting a man at his word. Please do not trust this man's word or work? Being the only place around I've had no choice after the 1st time to go back, but I wouldn't have personally. And after this time I will drive before I do again. I had my pool closed by them and all my pipes froze that winter. Had to replace them. Then I ordered a piece I needed and waited 3 weeks to get it. First it was shipping which is understandable but then it was had to wait for a warehouse somewhere that has it or something, then no call back to say it ever arrived. Called multiple times and it was something each time. Then I call 3 weeks after the initial order and they say yes it's in...and no one calls me to tell me after all this until I call you??! So it's almost July and I haven't opened our pool all bc of this piece and waiting, while it sits there and no one calls to tell me. I could've drove or just figured out how to order it myself for that service.
