I…read moreoriginally planned to reuse my over 12‑year‑old Toto Washlet, but after re-installation it started making gear noises. Probably age and dust catching up with it. I contacted Armando again, and he made everything incredibly easy over text and a quick phone call with their finance dept. He clearly explained my options and helped me upgrade to a Washlet+ S550e at a fantastic price. The UltraMax II and S550e combo is a huge upgrade: powerful flush, comfortable height, and all the modern Washlet features. If you're looking at Toto products, I highly recommend Armando at Pacific Sales for great pricing and very convenient service.

I've worked in the restaurant industry and very experienced with the brands they carry. Of course there are many brands but every kitchen needs to be tailored to one's needs. Anyway, you get the picture. Choosing was fun. What keeps me going back is the service after the sale. I'm going to name one associate in particular because he's been there the longest I believe. He goes way beyond the call of duty. If I need a part, or a reputable repairman he's your guy. His name is Armando Cruz. Never go all over town to get a snubbed rather than results. You are buying quality here. For the long term.

We hired this team for a major structural renovation--adding a loft in our high-ceiling living…read moreroom, building a wet bar underneath it, and replacing our kitchen's back door and window with a beautiful bifold door. (Note: The furniture bar cabinets and library were added later on and were not part of this contractor's project). From start to finish, the entire team was extremely professional, dedicated, and highly skilled. On the very first day we met, Nir helped design a 3D view of the project that perfectly captured exactly what we had envisioned. Throughout the build, we had a weekly walkthrough with Nir to check if we had any questions or concerns, which kept communication incredibly clear. Elba was also an excellent project coordinator who was always available to answer our questions and keep everything on track daily. The construction crew themselves were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable; they followed our approved plans meticulously and were happy to accommodate extra requests along the way. You can truly gauge the quality of their work by the fact that every single city inspector visit passed on the first try--nothing ever had to be rescheduled or redone because everything was built perfectly to plan. Additionally, all of the finishes--from the drywalling to the trim work and paint--were done with high-quality materials and top-tier craftsmanship. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend them!

I was first referred to Preferred Builders by my tax preparer, Happily, my first repair/remodel turned out wonderfully so I immediately started a remodel on my own home. Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. I also had a complete bathroom remodel which included removing a huge jacuzzi tub and installing an elegant and safe walk in shower. For the bathroom Nir listened to my concerns and needs and then gave me two 3-D renderings of my options. Elba was fabulous and fast with permits, a purchase list and provided weekly job schedules and updates. I have now completed this remodel and I can't be happier. My Preferred Builders team was pure gold! I highly recommend Nir, Elba and Orel, the Foreman. Orel was caring and his experience was invaluable, Roman, (drywall, moldings, paint, flooring) Carlo (beautiful tile work) and Abnir were all professional, caring and kind. My remodel was reasonable and fast. I definitely recommend Preferred and I already have.

Not only did they do an incredible job, but they were also always on time, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and paid close attention to every detail. We are beyond happy with the final result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism!

Years have gone by an some of the veneer that was used is coming off the side of the cabinets. Total 11 SF. Greg the owner refused to replace it with the correct product which should have been 3/4" walnut plywood. Everyday we see this defect is just a reminder of it is not about the customer. It is about money. They had their installer come out multiple times to complete their work as upper cabinets were sagging off the wall and needed more screws and caulking and not securing the lower cabinets among other items. They had to replace a cabinet above the stove that the installer didn't install it properly and had to remake another one and I had to help him install it the correct way. Greg refuses to correct the defective veneer because he got cheap on material. Don't even think about using this company. I'm a general contractor and never thought I would be treated this way by another "contractor". "When people show you who they are, believe the first time". I know what a F#$@KED Up job looks like. THIS IS ONE OF T THEM. Shame on him! Sincerely Unhappy Customer, Myers and Company / Norm Myers
