If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

The previous ceramic coating appliers absolutely thrashed the trailer with deep gouge and swirls. It looked horrible. Being a brand new trailer, I was so disappointed and upset. FAST FORWARD: We reached out to Detail 2 U for assistance to see if they could fix it for us. WOW! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Detail 2 U removed the ceramic coating that was originally placed on it, removed ALL of the damage from the previous company, and reapplied their ceramic coating. Our trailer looks amazing! I have attached photos. The original damage is hard to see in the photos, but trust when I say it was BAD. It looks brand new again. Considering this is the only car wash in the area, I give it the rating it deserves. When I pay for…read moremy washes, on any level, the bird poop remains on my car. Whenever I come to pay for my car wash, the same expressionless workers take my money and give me a little wipe. I miss the guy who actually would hose down my car. There was a new guy and he sprayed it line it was misting, and not actually doing any work with it. The best part of this car wash is when I can efficiently vacuum my car and spot clean it myself. I like being able to take my time in the vacuuming area. The workers here don't do a good job of keeping people out... the vacuum is for patrons only, but some people cut the cones to come I to utilize their machines. I wish we had more car washes in Ontario, or else I wouldn't be going here!
