At first glance my husband and I thought Tim did an amazing job! My car was filthy a lot of stuff on the carpet and sticky stuff from my kids and it was a complete mess, period. But after letting the car sit and dry we took a good look and are disappointed to find ALOT of scratches that were not previously there. I am very picky when it comes to scratches. I try to take very good care of my car even though it is now 4 years old. It's a 2019 Honda accord bought brand new so it didn't have scratches in the interior. I wonder what tools were used to have scratched screens. Not what I was hoping to get for my first experience with a full detail. Thank you for trying Tim, you are very kind and spent a lot of time. I did my research and found Tim with Detail Element to be exactly what I was looking for. I bought my wife a 2020 MB GLB250. We bought it at night and parked it in the garage til the following weekend. That's when I noticed swirl marks and some blemishes on the paint in different spots.
