Issue #1, this is not a honest business. I had my car's window fixed here recently. When I arrived, they asked about the issue and then said they could fix it immediately and provided a cheap quote. After I dropped off the car and made a deposit, the car ended up taking three days to fix and the price went up hundreds. The lady who called me to tell me about the new price quote was not even saying the same thing as the person I met (his first name is Ming whom looked like the owner), she said a lower price for the parts and a higher price for labor, however Ming told me a higher price for the parts and lower price for the labor, this tells me that they are definitely playing with the price to rip off innocent customers. Issue #2, when I came back after service was completed, I noticed my car window tint had a few long scratches on it, it was on the window that had the service done. I brought this issue to them, and you know what, they straightly denied they were responsible for those scratches. They lied that the scratches was already there when the car came in. That was straight out a big lie because it's the driver side window, there's no way I would not notice the multiple long scratches on the window if they were there before. These were new tints I just put on the windows a week ago. Only if I had taken pictures of the car before dropping off, I would have been able to prove to their face that they made those scratches! In summary, I had my window fixed for a higher price than the initial offer and with damage to my new window tint. This is a business with dishonesty, they made the service sound like quick and cheap in order to seal the deal, then they raise the price later. They are not responsible for any damage to your car (they have a disclaimer sign for this "proudly" hanging on the ceiling to make them feel better about not being liable for any damage to customer's car). Worst part is, they lie about the condition of your car in order to avoid any responsibility for damages to your car. Stay away from this business. Long story short, I got in contact with Vishal, setup an appointment and the rest was history. Vishal was quite through in his work, showed me what was taken out and replaced, performed a multi-point inspection and gave me feedback as well. Not only was I blown away by his knowledge in these particular European vehicles but his mere honesty and professionalism. These days I know we are all looking for a bargain but more so a trustworthy mechanic. Within a couple of minutes, the horn was working, but they explained to me that a new one was still needed as there was an internal problem with the component and so, although it was currently working, it would most likely stop working again soon. They made some phone calls to see if they could get the part, but they couldn't. They advised me to get the part from Ford and bring it to them so they could instal it. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything for getting it to work. I know that's a small thing because, realistically, they really didn't do much, but it's that kind of honesty and integrity that I appreciate. I went in for an oil change and my dealer told me that my brakes are due for a change. Went to Nick's and asked for the oil change and new brakes. The mechanic (I believe it's Ming) told me that they still had another half year to a year left on them considering that this is my daily driver. He told me just check it again next time I'm in for an oil change. Most recently, I went in for an oil change and had him check my brake fluid because it was within the timeframe of replacement. Ming turned down the work again because the brake fluid was still clean. If you know what you need, this is exactly the place to go for honest work.
