Our car was then broken into over the weekend while at the shop. The people cut the chord on our baby camera wired into the car. Even though camera was wired to car and the chord is clearly cut the body shop doesnt want to take any responsibility. States it was our fault. Car was also left completely dirty on the inside. After three "expert" techs and 90 days I got back a car that wouldn't start, locked in gear so it couldn't be rolled around, dead battery and a front tire with a hole so big I can put my fist in it (see picture). WTH happened? They said they could never start it so apparently worked on it in the driveway but despite never getting the car running their "estimate/diagnosis" was it probably needs a transmission module but they didn't have the software to reset or determine if it was bad... THE CHARGES: $600+. I left a car that ran and got back a car that didn't plus had a tire which looked like it was shot with a cannon and a dead battery.
