I called to have my car towed to an Auto Shop, and Thursday morning got a call saying "Your engine is totally shot, your engine was bone dry, and your vehicle is beyond repair." Thursday evening I opened my car garage, and saw the Valvoline oil filter, and all my car oil on my garage floor. When I called yesterday morning on April 17th, the manager seemed indifferent and uninterested in what I had to say, and told me he would call me back. It is now April 18th and I have not heard a word back yet. My car was perfectly fine, and now I have to make arrangements to get it towed to a junk yard. I am a nurse, and can not afford to be without a vehicle.
