I've been to All seasons with my 77 year old mother in law with dementia.Ben fixed the issue of our old shop not taking her dip powder off before applying a new one. She had 6 colors on her fingers. Ben was so kinda and took his time to get her back to her nail. He painted them so nice and we were very satisfied. I can't remember the name of the sweet young girl who did mine this last time but she was kind and did an excellent job on my nails. Will go to see them every two weeks and become regulars. The prices are good. They always put a smile on our face. The salon itself is very nice and it's clean! They use sterilized instruments. And they do beautiful work. Highly recommend! read more

I called 3 different places on a random Fri afternoon only to be told there was not availability. This was the first place that was available. I walked in and it's very basic. They don't have liners on the pedicure basins. While the ladies were nice, the one gentleman doing my nails was a little rough so much that I yelped and the lady took over. He also wanted me to have my fingers in a bowl of acetone to remove the gel. I told them I wasn't used to that and asked for the cotton/foil method. I've been to a lot of nail salons and never has that been the method to remove gel nail polish. The polish itself was nicely done, maybe I'm just used to different methods. read more

i came here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. They do not sanitize anything. I just watched them rinse out the pedicure bowl and dry it off. No sanitation or cleaning. My toe polish is horrible too, the top coat doesn't even go to my cuticle so now there is a line. I also only got my left toe nails filed the right foot didn't even get filed. I chose this place because of the 4 star review but I will never be back. I am a licensed nail technician and I am absolutely disgusted. read more

Wasn't super impressed with my manicure. I asked for her to file my nails square and ended up with round. My nail tech also made my cuticle bleed pretty bad. The polish was good until she filed my nails again after she painted them, so the nail dust got imbedded in the drying polish and made it really bumpy and gross. It would've been fine if she didn't do that and I'm pretty confused as to why she did because no other salon has done that? But it lasted 3 weeks which was nice and it was only $25 so I'm not too upset. It's pretty clean in there and the nail techs are really nice. I don't think I'll be back though since I found a place that more suits me. read more

I was very impressed overall! I just moved to Roanoke from Texas and have tried a couple of other salons around town, but none of them really fit what I was looking for. Thank goodness this place was recommended to me! I got a gel mani and regular polish pedi. I can honestly say I have never had a nail tech pay such close attention to detail before! The chevron nail design was lovely, and their prices were very reasonable. I went on a Saturday afternoon and did not have to wait for service even though I walked in without an appointment. There were not tons of little kids running around. All of the staff were so friendly and smiling. It was exactly the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I will definitely be coming back! My only 2 recommendations to this business: I wish they used disposable liners inside the pedi tubs. Maybe it's a mental thing, but I feel like they are more sanitary. Oh, and perhaps just paying attention to what's on the TV, as it can really effect the ambiance ;) There was a woodworking show on how to build coffins that I got to spend an hour watching. I have never in my life received such horrible customer service. I came for a fill-in and new nail polish from a pervious nail salon I went to that couldn't take me in today. I made an appointment for 1pm the day prior and was told that was okay. I showed up on time and was not seen until 1:45pm. The lady who did my fill in was extremely rude (I think her name was Lana or Lina). She finished my fill in and new polish within 8-10 minutes. I have never had it finished that quickly. I had an extremely simple design that I wanted done and I even left my phone set up so she could look at it while she did it. The design was absolutely horrendous and it's literally because she did not take her time. read more

First time here, and the place is extremely clean, the three working today are very friendly, chairs are comfortable and relaxing, water is perfect temperature, and for ladies, seems that they have a lot of colors to pick from. I would not recommend this salon for several reasons. I arrived at the salon as soon as they opened (10am). There were 2 people there already sitting in pedicure chairs, but only 1 employee who was doing one of the ladies pedicure. I decided to wait and eventually 2 additional employees showed up. The water was lukewarm which turned cold before the 3rd employee who showed up made his way over to begin. The entire time he was doing my pedicure he kept turning around to watch the tv behind him. MULTIPLE TIMES. And not just for a few seconds. That's just bad customer service. Focus on your client. He was also incredibly rough and missed painting the sides of my toe nails on several toes. He didn't even completely trim one of them which I didn't notice until after the fact (I fixed that myself.). It's hard to believe that he didn't notice it while he was painting them? He kept bending my toes in different, uncomfortable positions while painting them. He also barely ran the scrubber on my heels. I also got gel polish on my nails. A different employee was filing down the gel that I currently had while I received my pedicure. He was filing so roughly and so much that it was burning my nails. After jerking my hand away twice, he finally got the hint that it was uncomfortable. I then move to the chair where the gentleman who did my pedi begins to do my nails. Again, he was really rough. While using the buffer he buffed the skin off of 2 of my fingers above the nail to the point of them bleeding and now being scabbed over. My nails were also not filed evenly at all (Again, something I had to correct myself.). I really thought by the reviews of this place that I'd receive better service and be more satisfied but unfortunately that didn't happen. I will say this in their favor, the people seemed nice enough and they open a new pack of tools for each person which is much more sanitary that most places. The place was very clean also. However, due to the overall service, I will not be returning. read more
