The owner Andrew came to my house the next day after I called. He was there on time and also gave me a quote the very next day. By the time I talked to Andrew I already had talked to 4 different contractors and all of them took a long time to give me a quote or would respond and then not respond back and some didn't even give me a quote. I was very happy to hear back from Andrew fast and also set a time and day for him and his team to come. They got there the very next week always on time and had everything ready. They were all very professional and very helpful. They painted my entire first floor and made sure they covered everything and took care of every detail. I am very happy with the outcome and the results of my house. We had a house fire in January and unfortunately and our insurance only covered the second floor paint in areas without doors. Andrew and his team painted all the rooms not covered by insurance and down stairs. They worked faster, and more efficiently than the contractors I had for my insurance work. I wish they did my insurance work too! So if you are looking for a contractor don't look anywhere else and just pick Rainer Painting Pros. I was very happy with my decision and happy with the use of me and my husbands money to fix our home and make it nice for us, the pups, cat and the baby. This is an honest review. I attempted to be fair and even edited my review to be shorter and more…read moregenerous. Unfortunately, the owner continues his online crusade to discredit me and I'm backed into a corner to prove the legitimacy of my concerns. I've added a video showing yellowing throughout the house. This is not a moisture issue. When the work was finished caulking was not yellowed, but I found several areas throughout the house that were not caulked at all. I was also was unhappy with the gap between boards and the floor. The owner is correct when he says I signed a contract indicating that this would not be done. I was guided into this and later found out that it is not always standard practice. Nonetheless, I signed this contract and feel that it would be unfair for me to grade based upon this problem alone, hence the updated increase to my rating. When painting was finished I did voice my discontent with the way things turned out. The owner became defensive about his work. His strategy was to deflect these concerns as a me problem, rather than a workmanship problem. I can remember feeling pressured at the end of the job to agree that things were satisfactory and reluctantly paid. There was no call back to fix the yellowing because his arrogance turned me off. I did not want him back in my house. I've lived in the house for years, looking at my unsightly baseboards. Every time I walk through my hallways I'm reminded of how frustrated I am that I paid good money for this. I do not like publicly shaming a company, but in this case it's necessary. After years I finally posted a review. The bottom line is that the job is substandard. I have to have things repainted at my own expense and I'm very disappointed about it.

From our very first conversation, Joey put me at ease. He is genuinely kind and professional. He informed me that he would follow up within a few days with a quote, which he did, and it met my expectations. The cost was under what I had anticipated, so I responded, and he called to schedule a start date. The project was scheduled for a few weeks out, not months. My initial anxiety stemmed from this being my first time painting a house, and I was concerned about making the right choices, including the colors. Joey was very patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and offering guidance, regardless of the time I reached out to him. On the day they began power washing the house, everything went smoothly. Joey got my final decisions on colors (making one color change recommendation) and went to buy paint to start the next day.
