This family spot is great! Took my mom who's definitely the tougher critic when it comes to Mexican food and she really enjoyed it. We've been coming back ever since. The service is quick, the space is roomy, and they have tons of options. Last time, I tried the breakfast molcajete and it was so good. I've gotten their other molcajete in the past and shared it with my mom and we both enjoyed it as well! We love Tony's! Their food is so flavorful and delicious and everything on the menu is so good! We've had their bistec with camarones, tacos de birria, camarones al mojo de ajo, and chicken salad to name a few. The restaurant is super clean and plenty of seating. Our waiter whom we've had twice remembered us and our moody toddler and always brings him his own chips. Breakfast Molcajete is a must. I've been coming here for a while now, and nothing disappoints. Fresh food cooked on order. Only one waiter for the whole restaurant during the week. Fun entertaining nights from Thursday to Sunday. I love to see all the attendees enjoy their time there. read more

Visited Tony's with mom, brother and nephew, who is a toddler. My mom has been a regular customer for some time and recommended the menudo. We visited during breakfast hours and upon arrival, there were about three other diners. I mention the low number of people, because there were two servers at the front counter near the register who failed to greet us, so no excuse of being saturated with customers to miss greeting us...aldo, no booster seats were available. Training issue #1. We were acknowledged as we were walking ourselves to a booth. Our server was to the point: "What do you want to drink?" We ordered coffee while we perused the menu, although we were on a menudo mission. The coffee was fresh and as I reached for a creamer, the creamer pod was already used....yes...it was empty. I set it aside to reach for another one...also used. I was surprised to find more than half of the pods brought to our table had been discards from a (perhaps) the previous diner. What the heck?!? How can a server/bus boy miss this? Training issue #2. I brought the creamer calamity to our server's attention, who was indifferent to the issue. Maybe used to it, because it is a common occurrence, or good 'ol fashioned poor customer service? I was not expecting a free meal or other higher sign on contrition by the staff for this miss, but a sincere-sounding apology for the oversight would have brought closure to the matter. I call that training issue #3. I have been around many Mexican food establishments where the food is decent -even good- but there tends to be a gap in quality customer service. It is great to offer good food, but dining out should be an experience that starts from thr moment the diner crosses the threshold into the establishment, hrough departure. Tried this place for the first time. And it'll be my last. Service was slow, especially seeing as there was almost no one there. The waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. Just had an attitude the whole time. I ordered the carne asada and it was bland and very fatty. Not good at all. Some of my tables food also came out cold. Then I see on the menu that you only get one refill? To me that's not good or inviting service. They seem stingy and like they want to squeeze every penny out of a soda. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I can see why there weren't many people there. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I had the eggs with ham (huevos con jamon) and my bf had the huevos rancheros (best he's had he said) it was just like mom makes and under $3.00! They have free parking in the back. The food comes out fast and its not too noisy so you can actually chit chat if you like. The decoration of the place it self is not that great but it looks like they are remodeling. I saw someone said the green chilaquiles we're good so I Just made a phone order this morning for some chilaquiles verdes but all they gave me was fried tortillas. No green sauce at all. I'm very sad and disappointed :/ maybe they put the red salsa on the side for them? But I asked for green. Also ordered orange juice since someone said they make fresh squeezed orange juice but I saw them use gallon juice. When you have to eat a snack while you wait for your food to get here... that should tell you something. They even admitted that this person has done this before and they know who she is and they still allow her to do it. They must know her. read more

Ruthless. Amongst out family we come here 6-8x a month because of the convince, parking and pricing. HOWEVER, today we had a very sour experience which we hope is a stand alone incident and not the matter the restaurant is managed. Typical busy Sunday came for after church as usual. So we waited to get seated, ordered began eat when the waitress approaches us and begins grabbing our plate without letting us know what was going on, my first thought was there might be something wrong with the food. AFTER she walks away with plates in hand she informs us, not ask us, that we must move tables and she will move our plates because she has a group of 20 to seat. We were confused, not asked or cared for. As a family that operates 2 restaurants I get the pandemic has impacted small businesses and the need to generate out of any opportunity but this is not service any person expects anywhere. Alternative to IHOP but if you expect service, apparently irregardless of customer loyalty and enjoyable family time this is not that place unfortunately. read more

My boyfriend and I came here on a whim last Saturday morning, since we were shopping at Nicky Sports across the street. It's self seating for breakfast, but you're immediately greeted with a menu. They had like 4 pages of "specials" which was cool! My boyfriend and I ordered the chilaquiles with steak and eggs: he the red, me the green. The order was out fairly quickly and looked good, but upon tasting it we realized it wasn't. Nothing tasted homemade, better yet everything tasted like it just came out of a can. Also, the steak had so much fat and tendon! My boyfriend likes his meat with some fat, but I prefer mine lean. For the price, I guess you pay for what you get since each of our meals was only $8.95. What saved the place from getting two stars (the food was edible) was the fact that they had flavored creamer for the coffee, that and the coffee was very good! read more

Love it here, has been coming here since they opened. GO ON WEEKENDS!! Buy one, get one free dinners. Not stingy with their portion on their plates, they are very big . Honestly don't understand how so many people can give such disappointed reviews. This place is simply amazing! The waitresses are beyond sweet. They always greet with a smile even if they are busy. Their food selection is reasonable for a small place. Always clean and it give a "home" vibe. The food is delicious!!!! My mother, grandmother and I literally visit once or twice a week. I've even suggested this place to friends and coworkers. Of which I've brought my boss here once after a meeting. The food is never cold! Or at least for us it isn't. Well my girlfriend and came here on sunday to watch the football game... At 5:30pm They have a sign saying EVERYDAY 5pm to 10pm 1.69 domestic and foreign 2.00 beer. Which is cheap. When the check came the beer were over $3.00 and me and my lady love to drink. I wasnt gonna be a beaner and not pay...
