Got me an Horchata and some tacos. 1 asada, 1 carnitas, 1 pollo, and 1 birria. The owner even let me know they got tripas too. The order came fast and fresh plus the owner threw in some grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. Don't expect anything fancy its an OG taco truck, you come in for some street tacos good taste, well prepared, and great service. Knowing we'd be in the area once more on another sequoia trip, we knew we had to re-visit. Our Airbnb was located in Visalia and it looks like they have another location there as well, however, after calling, I confirmed that it isn't the exact same menu and it's owned by different brothers. Knowing this, I knew I had to go back to the exact location we went to last. This time around, I opted for 2 carne asada tacos and 2 Al pastor tacos. The tacos each come with raw finely chopped onion, pico de gallo and guacamole, with perfectly grilled onions and jalapeño on the side. The carne asada meat was perfectly cooked per usual and it had a delicious smoky flavor and the al pastor was just as delicious! Horchata - not too overpowering and perfectly sweetened. If I ever find myself in central cali, I'll be back in a heartbeat! Also, please note that the truck names tacos way is the same exact food as the restaurant called Los arbolitos, the restaurant just has an expanded menu.
