The salsa made it a bit better but overall it was subpar I only ended up eating half. The service was good though. I was skeptical after reading the reviews. She is hard of hearing, so please be nice. Was very friendly and helped my husband make a selection from the menu. Yo!!!! So surprised when we took the food home to eat. I ordered the carnitas burrito and it was flavorful and cheesy. She even toasted it and best of all, it wasn't greasy like most places make carnitas. My husband got the quesapollos with the consome. Fire!!! We had a carne asada taco as well. The red salsa had chili oil in it. It was soo good. Fresh and tasty. Definitely going back!!!! read more

Love their asada burritos. I'm a bit picky with how I like my burrito (light beans, rice, asada, cabbage, onions, with avocado salsa) and NO (sour cream, cheese, cilantro, pico). They make it exactly how I want it and seem to add a bit of extra rice which I love! You can also request yellow corn tortillas (which tastes better) for your tacos instead of white corn and they will do it. Thank you Bonita tacos for being so accommodating with my order! Wow!!!!! So many negative reviews! I came across this place on my instagram feed. The quesadilla caught my attention & I couldn't stop thinking about coming here. IG page says it opened at 10 came here around 10:30 but it was closed so we decided to go kill time. Came back & I ordered 1 alpastor quesadilla & a quesobrilla. Come to my surprise that the food and presentation is good! The first bite I knew I hit the jackpot. The lady who took our order was attentive & friendly. All our food was freshly made. I took a bite of my sisters burrito and it was yummy! The burrito is a giant one so be ready to have some space for that baby. Overall I'm coming back to try everything on the menu. This place used to be good but has gone down . I order carne asada fries ummm they don't use fries but breakfast potatoes what's up with that? Second the lady put all the toppings on the side. I didn't order it like that. Then the lady who works there either pretends not to hear you are or acts like she doesn't know English either one. But she's rude. Found this hidden gem on our way to our stay in Three Rivers! We got tacos de asada and Al pastor! Such a good spot for a quick bite. The tacos were delicious and full of flavor! Came here for lunch mid week. Couldn't find it at first because it wasn't on the street. It's located in the parking lot of a used car place. They do have a few tables outside under a canopy though. Easier to park on the street. We waited about 10-15 minutes after we ordered. I got a burrito which was gigantic. It was good. My bf got two tacos and two quesotacos which were like quesabirrias. If you like cheese fries with no meat definitely order the asada fries. I was only about four or five bites into this when I realized there was no meat left. It seems to be a running theme of this place to not be able to be consistent with their food. I will definitely stop recommending this place to friends and family. I went here expecting it to be amazing. There was a bit of a wait, which is fine considering it was dinner time. The price was a little much. I was told a certain total, noticed I was charged more based on the receipt. Ordered the quesabirria with a side of consomé. The three cups of consomé were put in plastic cups and stacked on each other. The intensity of the heat from the broth caused the plastic on two of the containers to melt and overflow into the thin plastic bag, spilling during the ride home. My family and I threw out the contaminated consomé and divided the one that didn't melt that was at the top of the stack. All was well until I bit into the quesabirria. A large stem (from chilies, I assume) was there. Fine. Spit it out and went for another bite... more stem pieces. Tossed the taco and counted my $27 dollars spent as a loss. read more

They were very very good. I've only had the burritos but I'm willing to try more of whatever they offer. The service was good and the people were nice. It was a hot day but they had a canopy for shade. Only thing that I didn't like was their horchata, or sure it was watered down but I could barely taste it.
