Tires were the second less expensive at $67 ea. for a Honda Civic. Total online price was $400. So I went ahead and booked my appointment. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the bill came out to be $490, they charged me $80 per tire instead of the 67 online price, there was a $14 disposal fee, and also charged me an extra $30 for tire pressure monitor sensors which I didn't ask for and don't work cause my TPM light stays on even after they installed new ones. So when dropping off your vehicle for tires make sure you confirm the online price. Other than that so far I love the tires, two weeks in they are very quiet and smooth.

He was talking down to them and addressing them in a way that I found extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for someone in a management position. Regardless of the circumstances, employees should be treated with basic respect and professionalism, especially in front of customers. Watching a manager belittle or embarrass his employees creates an uncomfortable environment for customers and reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I understand that managers may need to correct or address employee performance issues, but there is a professional and respectful way to do so. The behavior I witnessed was unnecessary and concerning. I hope Mavis Tire will take this complaint seriously and address the situation appropriately. Customers should be able to visit your stores without having to witness employees being treated disrespectfully by management.
