As the cashier rang up my goods this morning, I pulled out my identification and told her I was a veteran, and she began to ring it up and stopped. She then told me that was tomorrow. I checked it out and it has a smell similar to the Old Tunnel on the way to Fredericksburg for a moment I felt that I am out in nature. The entrance is full of birds I stood there for over 5 minutes. When I was looking at the hair & bath products to the left of the register, I over heard what I assume is the owner, and a customer, talking about shooting at squirrels with a BB gun when they would go for the bird feeder. I was flabbergasted. And horrified. I wanted to write a review & even send a letter to express my dismay but I didn't want to disparage a small business. So I decided to just not support any more. Time went by & as I grew with forgiveness, I ended up coming back to not only buy the usual premium blend bird seed, but have brought out-of-towner friends & family in which they purchased things from there, as well as greeting cards for others on special occasions. Fast forward to today, I went in to get the usual, but I was greeted by an unfamiliar face, as I had always dealt with what I am assuming is the owner. She was as sweet as a button. I really regret not getting her name. When she offered help, I told her I wanted the premium w the $7 price point, she grabbed it & I was ready to pay. She then asked "are you in our books?" I was puzzled at first, assuming maybe it's regular customers that buy large quantities for big properties. Nope. It was like a reward system where if you buy 10 bags you get 1 free. Are you kidding me?! She was even kind enough to record my last sale to count twds the free bag. I was not once ever unpleasant twds the owner. If anything, we had friendly small talk upon check out in the handful of times I've purchased from them. So not too sure why this was never offered to me. I always give the benefit of the doubt so it's rather difficult for me to think it just slipped her mind every time when you seem to run the show.

We've had TRASH PRO'S for almost 5 years. The first 4-1/2 years were uneventful. Trash had alway…read morebeen picked up on time (Mondays, between 0900-1000). And, on the occasion that we had more than just one trash can, there was never an issue: we set the extra refuse and garbage out, and it magically disappeared. However... the past 6 months have been nothing like the previous 4-1/2 years. Our trash cans are left in the middle of the street after they are picked up. If they are "too heavy" they are not dumped at all (they are on wheels and the type that are designed for their automated lift - it's not like they have to pick anything up!). Twice I have been outside when the guy shows up and when he tried to leave the cans I called him out on it; he put up such a complaint that I opened the gate, came out on the street, and dumped the trash cans, by hand, into his garbage truck: AND I WAS SENT AN EXTRA BILL, ON TOP OF MY MONTHLY FEE, FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE TRASH!!!!. And, heaven forbid if a box is too large to fit in the trash can; it will be left and never moved, despite it being empty, or with very few broken down boxes in it. And, not the least of my complaints is that the guy has NO routine schedule of when he comes by the house; sometimes it's 0600, and sometimes it's after 12 noon - rarely the same. The garbage truck driver is rude, crude, disrespectfull, has a terrible attitude, and is as lazy as the day is long. We used to have a woman "Trashman" - she was awesome. Polite. Accomodating. Always put the trash cans back next to the fence where they sit. She had a cheerful attitude. And, NEVER failed to dump our trash. I have made several attempts to call them, but always get their answering machine. I made the mistake, I suppose, the first time I called, to leave a detailed message of my complaints. Now, I'm sure, my calls are being screened and I am being avoided. They don't have a website, or e-mail address, Facebook page, or any other way to contact them. There are other options, in the area. If you are looking for a trash service, I highly recommend that you spend your hard earned dollar elsewhere.

I think they are reliable, courteous and reasonable in price. I have recommended them to all of my new neighbors, and they seem happy with them.
