He stated he would show up on Sept 5th to begin laying out the foundation, he never showed up or called. We had to call him several times and sent multiple text messages. He finally replied several hours later stating he had an emergency and would begin the 6th. Understood. The 6th came and nothing, we called/text him to see if he was coming, nothing. Then he text back stating he would come the next day to complete the whole install. The 7th came and we received a text that due to rain, he was going to reschedule for Monday. We told him no, we just want our money back. He agreed and stated he would refund our money once he returns the materials back to the store on Monday. We called him again Monday afternoon, no answer. We have continued to call him every day and no answer. He has completely ghosted us. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, HE'S TERRRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING AND DOES NOT STICK TO HIS OWN WORD OR CONTRACT. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY! HE'S A FRAUD!!!

Harry came to work site, acknowledged construction defect. After numerous calls and texts, still no fix. East Texas Carports demands $480 in advance to fix defect. One visitor to premises has already tripped. Be aware of what entity you are actually dealing with and their iffy business practices. Instead of easing our mobility, we are now dealing with an obvious liability issue. Taking advantage of area residents is definitely a mistake.

I explained that time was of the essence & that bought from them based on them being a Mississippi Company (THEY ARE NOT) I paid my deposit on Sept 23rd 2025 with promises of a 2-4 week lead time. My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.
