Today I had my procedure with Dr. Dombrowski & Dr.Way and there assistant who took such great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Between parking, signing in, speaking to both doctors, and the actual procedure- I was there for an hour. They answered all of my questions, made me as comfortable as possible & sent me home with some extra supplies. I paid $98 to have both top wisdom teeth removed. After my dentist gave me my referral it did take some time to get an initial consultation appointment but after that, the appointment for the procedure did not have much of a wait and many dates available to work around my schedule.

And we only have 1 side of the story from the other clients. I have never felt like I was being ignored or could not approach them about any issues. Instead of actually helping patients, it seemed like he spent most of his time writing Google review responses while people were waiting for assistance. The billing was also a mess. I provided my insurance information before my visit, yet the office still failed to submit the claim correctly. Because of this, I received a bill that should have been handled through insurance in the first place. When I asked about it, Tim was dismissive and not helpful at all. A dental office should focus on patient care and proper administrative work. Unfortunately, this place seems more focused on managing online reviews than actually taking care of patients and basic billing responsibilities. I would not recommend this office unless they seriously improve their front desk professionalism and billing procedures.

My adult kids asked twice for anesthesia due to severe ptsd. They were ignored, guessing because they're 20 and 22. Made it a very traumatizing day for no reason. Office staff was very sweet. Not so much this dentist who my 20 year old who was told "don't cry, its not a big deal, just open your mouth wider" They had to sit and explain to this guy that they'd been raped, and this was why they had come here for sedative dentistry.
