When they realized their error, the front desk person told me that she's "not a mind reader" and that it was my fault for not knowing when the last time I had X-rays done. I've never been disrespected by a front desk person like this before at any establishment in the past, especially while I kept my composure and professionalism. Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. I was with them for 10 years, but no more. The rest of my family has already left this dentistry over the last couple of years and I was the last one holding out. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this place, especially when there's other options in town. Don't waste your time with these folks unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and disrespected in front of other customers

So I told them I did not want to wait and I would pay out of pocket and not to charge insurance. We'll had the appointment the agreed to do both top teeth at the same visit. They scheduled the appointment and told me they would make the crown there so I would not have to wait. So I went in for a long day. The right upper was fine. The left upper, they just kept filing and filing and just could not seam to get it right. When it was in I was numb so After I had the numbness wear off. The tooth did not feel right. I had informed t b I'm on several occasions it was too big for me and was uncomfortable. They kept trying to adjust it by filing it down. I asked them to replace it. They keep ignoring my request and tell me that the tooth was always sticking out. I KNOW HOW MY TEETH ARE that was a lie. To this day they refuse to fix the problem. Also they charged me insurance after paying for the complete bill when the appointment was set up. They owe me $300.00 and have yet to pay me. They are not patient centered. My husband also had a temporary crown placed and the minute he walked in from that appointment it fell out. The same Dr Cathy that Put in my crown crooked because it was too big for the space. ​

The work they do is from my experience safe and you feel so when they are operating on you. Usually when I go to other dentists I leave with pain but here I did not. An office that was told 3 times prior to her appointment that Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) was needed. It was not provided and they much later claimed they "never" provide Nitrous Oxide on first visit and she never requested it. The dentist and hygienist also tried to talk her out of her anxiety, which is about the dumbest part of this situation and shows the practice is more concerned staying on schedule than accommodating nervous patients. Her cleaning was rescheduled. My wife took a day off work. At 7:30 am the morning of the appointment, they canceled it. Apparently only one person is certified to use Nitrous Oxide. Sadly, I recommended this practice to my wife. I have left it as well, because they do not respect their patients needs. Another practice has managed to meet her needs.

Examined my xrays after the hygienist told me my teeth were nice, then told me he wanted to pull my teeth. I asked if my roots were good and he said yes. I asked if there was an alternative to pulling my teeth. His response was "well I'm the dentist" "I suggest you find another dentist and don't come back" I was shocked! I responded with what do you mean. He repeated the statement "I suggest you find another dentist and don't come back", then walked out of the room. I have NEVER been treated like that before by ANY professional. If my teeth are good then why pull them? I went in for a general exam and cleaning. I never got the cleaning.
