I went in for a facial pain (trigeminal neurologia). She told me it should take 2 visits for it to be gone. After the first visit she told me it would take 6 more visits. So I booked 6 more visits. I bought an herb as . To be honest, she worked really hard and seemed to work really hard to fix the pain. Unfortunately, the pain did not get better. I still have the pains. She aAid there was another herb that can help me but I have to get it from China town myself. I am disappointed with the results. I don't mind if someone doesn't know how to fix an issue. I had neck pain and shoulder pain for 2 years as a computer engineer. My friend referred me to Dr. He. She has helped my friend with infertility and she got pregnant successfully and had a girl after three months acupuncture treatment My impression: Acupuncture is Dr. He's passion and she treated patient with her heart. I was a little nervous at at the first visit because I was always scared of needles. She explained to me that usually needling is not really painful because the acupuncture needle is very thin just like a hair strand. She tried inserting a needle on my elbow area and I felt almost nothing, so I can relaxed after then. She put a few needles on my neck, hands and feet when I lying down on stomach. I walked into the clinic unable to turn my head, and walked out with full range of motion. I visited the clinic several times for sleep difficulties, cold feet, and back pain. Dr. Qiaosha He has always been caring and direct on points. The back pain was resolved in one session. While sleep difficulties and cold feet are recurrent issues due to high stress at work, the acupuncture sessions have provided immediate relief and the herbs helps to keep my feet warm in everyday life and thus make falling into sleep easier. I wanted to use acupuncture to lose weight but Dr. He suggested that it won't be necessary for me as I only had a few extra pounds without pathological cause. I was involved in a rear-end car wreck about 2 years ago. I had a significant neck injury that required several sessions of massage therapy, several sessions of physical therapy. Things improved but did not totally resolve. I was experiencing about a 5 on a 10 scale of pain but nothing seemed to improve it. I did a session with this firm. I was one of the first patients of this acupuncture clinic and have no doubt that the treatments I have received from Dr. Ma and Sylvia He have been as effective if not more so than anything else I have done to alleviate grave circulation problems that nearly caused me to lose the ability to walk last year. I had been diagnosed early last year with heart failure that over time had caused a terrible circulation issue in my legs. I had heart specialists, endocrinologists, renal specialists, podiatrists--you name it--treating this problem, which caused horrific swelling in my feet, calves, and thighs as well as the frequent break out of terrible lesions on my legs. Like many, I was skeptical as to how acupuncture might help, but I knew of the acclaimed work of the staff at this clinic, and I felt and saw results from the first treatment. I was amazed at how painless the pins were and how gentle pricks in one part of my body would create sensations in others. I was also amazed at how soundly I rested. In every session, I have fallen into an amazingly restful sleep, but when I awaken (almost always, just before the doctors return to my room to remove the pins), I don't even realize I've been asleep, and it always seems like it's been only minutes even though the "naps" have been for a full hour. I don't know how it works nor care to learn; what I care for is results. When I first started the treatments and the specially mixed Chinese herbs that Dr. Ma has prescribed for me to take, I could not walk up a single flight of stairs without needing to immediately sit down to rest. I couldn't walk even 1 block. Doctors were telling me that I would absolutely need to use a walker/wheel device on my left leg just to continue to be mobile. It was an incredibly depressing time. Within a month of acupuncture treatments, however, I was walking over a mile without problems, and the lesions on my leg mostly stopped. Now, I regularly do 5 to 10 mile walks without problem, often on concsecutive days, and most of the swelling and lesions on my leg have cleared. My "Western" doctors have been amazed and want to take credit--not so. The credit goes to Dr. Ma and Sylvia. I'll put it this way--last year, for 11 months using only "Western" approaches, my health condition seemed to worsen every day, as did my mental outlook. Once I started acupuncture here, within a month, my condition practically reversed. I still go regularly just to maintain the "chi!" I do occasional side treatments to help control my appetite or when I've gained a little weight (you won't believe, for example, how a single specially-focused treatment can practically reverse an encroaching double chin!). And that is all why I don't mind sharing details of my own health issues publicly. I simply can't express enough my thanks to this clinic and its doctors for giving me my life back, and if any of this is helpful to others to consider this treatment in your own lives, fantastic.
