Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. They exceeded our expectations and we much appreciated their patience and openness to answering all our questions. I also want to mention that I was gardening when SEAN was fixing our AC. He saw me struggling to dig a hole for my plant and volitionally offered to help me. He took the extra time to dig the hole for me, exemplifying his genuine kindness and generosity! Similarly, my kids were running amuck and screaming and shouting while I attempted to maintain a conversation with ALFRED. He was very understanding and continued to engage in conversation, appearing unbothered by the chaos with a pleasant disposition. Lastly, DOMENICK was appointed on the day of our son's birthday. He related to us interpersonally and even helped assemble my son's new Radio Flyer bike! I told him that Sean also helped me garden and we laughed about how Friends & Family is a "one-stop shop." A huge thanks to Anthony and Tiffany for coordinating all the logistics, Anthony in particular was so helpful from start to finish, always available, responded immediately to any question, and just made the whole process incredibly easy. An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it. Whereas the old system sounded like a jet engine taking off, the new Mitsubishi is astonishingly quiet, the condenser is outside our bedroom and you hear literally nothing. It works flawlessly and has been keeping the house perfectly cool through what's shaping up to be a hot summer. This was not an easy install either. The house, like many older homes, is full of quirks and Diamond did an amazing job working around all the pitfalls that come with squeezing a central HVAC system into a house not originally designed for one. Everyone at Diamond was a total pleasure to work with and have in our home. Their pricing was fair and reasonable and the quality of their workmanship is just excellent.
