I received a referral for Tony and Top Choice plumbing and I very glad I took the recommendation. I had water filtration system that burst a PVC pipe at full water pressure for five hours before I found it was leaking. Soaked ten square feet of drywall and flooded the garage floor. Tony came over within 2 hours of my urgent call and immediately repaired the leak to restore water the house and removed the soaked drywall. He and his team placed fans and dehumidifier in place until dry, sanitized, installed new dry wall, textured and painted it promptly including cleaning up the worksite each day they worked. The work was on time, within the estimate, and the quality was obvious. Great value and I highly recommend Tony and his team. I've used Tony's services for a few years now and have been very pleased with his honesty and getting the job done right the first time. Water heater replacement, kitchen sink replacement (old one was rusted into fixture from water deposit), water leaking issues, garbage disposal replacement. I had an issue with kitchen sink not draining consistently. He could have charged me to snake it but actually took the time to explain why that was not needed. I had an outside drain that plugged. I hired Tony to free it up. They showed up right on time and got right to work. They knew their stuff. They cleared the problem quickly (matted roots at the outlet). Since it was done so quickly he charged me less than the price he quoted on the phone. He had every right to charge me the full amount, the amount we had agreed on, but he knocked off a third of it. I will be using him for any other problems I encounter from here on out. read more

Sorry to give you two (2) stars tony but your guy whom you sent to my home did not do a good job. Initially, he tried to snake through my "brand new" shower, which he had to break the seal on the drain to get to. I was so worried he would scratch it and he did. He was unable to complete the job with that snake (smaller unit) and he had to go get the bigger unit, 4hrs later he arrives and went on the roof vent (as i suggested the first time) and he finally un-clogged my main line. Charged me $150 to do so. WOW All in All I was not satisfied with your service and will NOT be using you again. Beware All. read more

I had Tony install a garbage disposal in my rental unit a couple of months ago. Neither the tenant nor I got a users manual nor a warranty. After many conversations, it turns out that Tony had installed a "no name" brand that I had never heard of in my over 30 years of owning rental units and doing my own plumbing, including replacing garbage disposal units. I finally got Top Choice Plumbing to send me a generic owner's manual with no warranty information. In order to get any warranty information I had to call an 800 phone number with my model number, highly unusual in my opinion. I can't prove it, but in my opinion, I wound up with a cheap garbage disposal unit. read more
