We had an incredible customer service experience with him recently, as she had an appointment booked Saturday at 7pm, but Yuhei was super busy and couldn't see us until about 745pm. We had dinner plans, so we rescheduled for the following day. Once her haircut was finished, Yuhei would not accept our money and said it was on the house for not being able to fit her in yesterday. For a job where it's physical labor, and refusing to take cash because of a small error takes alot of care in our opinion.
