Ms. Beth took wonderful care of our fur babies (we have 4). She was honest when I brought one of mine in for a grooming and he was matted beyond grooming. I'll admit, I brush my dogs but definitely not as often as I should (life happens and we get busy) and for that I couldn't blame Ms. Beth for having to take his coat down shorter than I'd have liked but I totally realized that was on me. My fur baby was much happier with a short haircut than the knots up against his skin.

Took both my dogs 1/28 which was a Thursday. My first concern was where the dogs were being kept…read more It seems like some were being kept all together which can be an issue when certain dogs aren't used to being around other dogs. 2nd the service for both my dogs took 4 hours (12pm-4pm) mind you I typically use mobile groomers and they usually take 2.5/3 hours MAX with both my dogs. I feel like they were way over booked and not enough groomers. When I walked in the second time to get them the owner told me 20 more min.. which turned to an extra 40 as I believe they had barely started on my Schnauzer. When I finally got the call they were ready, there were dogs howling bloody murder as my 2 were released which is how I knew the dogs were put together. He tried to tell me my Maltipoo was matted & told me that he could tell we didn't keep up with her grooming.. mind you I had a grooming session on the 17th of Dec with a groomer (Chamos Grooming service) & SHE WAS NOT matted. Her hair was long as we like it poofy & it had rained that week and her hair got wet.. well her hair cut was the worst out of both my dogs... she walked out stressed and didn't leave her cage the whole day which is not like her at all. When I finally held her and paid attention.. her whole head was like chopped up.. not even at all. They didn't even bother trying to actually cut her decently & evenly My male dog still had a dirty beard, dirty ears & one side of his mouth/mustache was cut shorter than the other bc that's how I noticed they didn't wash him properly. His eyebrows were cut way too damn short. Idk if the groomer didn't know how to cut Schnauzer but it just wasn't cute at all.. idk what they sprayed on him but it left white specs all over his black coat which seems like he wasn't bathed but just sprayed maybe?! Can't confirm if he was or wasn't but I do know those white flakes didn't leave his coat till I brushed him and ran a towels over him. The bottom of his belly and neck wasn't fully cut.. some hairs are longer than others (the same as my Maltipoo).. the first thing the groomer says to me when I got my dogs was "As they keep coming back, their haircuts will get better"... HUH!!!! I'm never coming back!! NEVER had ANY groomer HAVE my dogs looking sub par after $200.00 if they think they did a good job then eghh.... again I didn't notice any of these till I finally got home and started paying attention to their ears & nails.. started noticing the unevenness on my dogs haircuts & how my Mini was still dirty and had those white specs on his fur... Sad bc this business was advertised to me by mutual friends & I just personally wouldn't bring either of my dogs back. If you guys were overbooked, honesty is always best, idk how my mini took so long when other groomers have told me he is the nicest & easiest. Just super disappointed tbh.

She does an outstanding job with a girls and we love that she is mobile and comes to our house. She stays in constant contact if there are issues when her appointment app double books and make sure to make the appointments work for her clients. I am so happy with found her to groom our girls her in Houston.
