I just picked up my pup, Ellie, from Dapper Dogs today and I wanted to share my experience! I was really impressed with the communication from the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to checking in, and picking her up today. I spoke with Henry, the owner, when I called to schedule an appointment and he was very friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions before I committed to an appointment. When I checked in, the team member was so sweet and knowledgeable. I had a few more questions about my second pup who has high anxiety and she explained that we could bring him in on a quiet day to do a behavior consult to let him feel out the room, the people, and some of the tools to see how he does before proceeding with an appointment. As promised, I received a text message when Ellie was about 15 min away from being ready. Upon pick up, Stacy, her groomer, was so sweet and she mentioned some personality traits that she picked up about Ellie and it showed that she was patient and took the time to understand her and help her feel comfortable versus "just getting the job done as fast as possible". And Ellie looks absolutely so wonderful and feels so soft! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of Ellie! I look forward to scheduling a visit for my second pup soon! read more

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would!! This place is amazing. Not only did they stay open late to make sure my pup had the best groom and bath possible, the customer service was out of this world. They were so sweet to my older golden retriever and told me little quirks he'd done while being bathed. It was almost like they took him on as their own dog... so much care and love. I took my yorkie here today after using a big box groomer for years. They were amazing. So friendly and accommodating!

After using Henry multiple times for 2 of our dogs, he stood us up by stringing a 930am appointment out until after 5pm. Kept saying he had issues and would be there. Last time I heard from him he was still coming, then nothing, no show, no apology or offer to reschedule. Unprofessional way to run a business. I'm hearing from others in my area have had the same experience. Henry is very good at what he does and our dogs loved him but it is so disrespectful to leave a customer waiting ALL DAY then not show up. Too many reliable, professional mobile groomers to deal with this. read more

Henry takes the BEST care of my dogs every single time I have taken them to him for a groom in the last almost two years. We were previously told our Shih-tzu was high maintenance and a problem pup, only to find out that it was the former groomer's impatience with him that caused his anxiety. I came across Dapper Dogs Mobile Grooming while driving down my own street, I saw that they were parked in front of my neighbors house and decided to go ahead and get some information. Must I say Henry is beyond nice and welcoming to my babies, as well as his services are great! My three fur babies came back so content and clean, and he handled them with so much care. I have one dog that is so skittish but Henry made him feel so comfortable and had no issues at all with him. I will most definitely be contacting Henry again for his services. This is the WORST experience I've ever had. Appointment was scheduled for 9:45. I contact him at 10:09 to ask about status. He finally responds almost an hour after the scheduled appointment time to tell me to read the policies page where it states he will arrive within an hour window. This was not stated on policies page. He then tells me to check his most recent FB post. An hour an a half after my scheduled time, he tells me he's not coming because maybe he's not the right fit for me and my pup. So disappointing and unprofessional. read more

I'm very disappointed. I heard all great things about his grooming services. I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance. The day came and nothing. After waiting almost 40 minutes I call and was told he doesn't service the area. Okay, I understand that but 1 week and no phone call or email. Waste of my time! Very disappointed. Part of running a business to communication. I received a confirmation email as well as a reminder email. Not one of those emails tell me that he didn't service my area.
