The last straw was when Maggie ran through her collar border and I had too track her down by tackling her and hanging on until my neighbor brought a leash. I sent Ashley a plea for help. Maggie spent two weeks in training. The results were incredible. My parents, sister and brother in law (and 2 little dogs) finally came to visit. Maggie sat, listened to "leave it" and laid down when told. She never jumped on anyone. We are going to be able to introduce her to my 95 year old Grandmother this Thanksgiving. Spoke to a really nice woman named Dawn who wasn't sure how to go about it, but told me they had room avaliable and would let Laurie know to give me a call later that day to confirm. I head back in around 3:45 because I hadn't heard from anyone. Met with another nice person who also said Laurie had just left but if I left my # she would make sure it would get to her first thing in the morning. I asked to please give me a call even if they couldn't board her so I'm not waiting around all day. I call them up the following day (tiday is January 31st )12:15 to see what's going on as I had yet to hear from them. My call went to the answering machine. I wish I could leave a good review as the staff I met with in person are really nice, but this is a horrible way to run a business. No sense in telling a customer you can provide a service and then ghost them. It really looks like a nice facility and I gave it two stars because Dawn was nice, but other than that, I've had the same experience as the other negative reviews

I called and made my reservations and I was happy to find out the great deal on doggie day care so I booked my dog for boarding and day care. When I arrived I was greeted warmly. At check out my dog was happy to see me. I could tell she had a great time. I will be back for sure. They also had no issue with giving me a tour of the facility without an appointment which was very unusual for the kennels to do here. To me, it's a HUGE red flag if such can't be provided. My dogs seem to enjoy doggie daycare and are definitely tired out afterwards. The facility is clean both in appearance and in actual smell. Employees are courteous and detailed in providing any required status of my dogs upon pick up. Definitely recommend !!
