The last straw was when Maggie ran through her collar border and I had too track her down by tackling her and hanging on until my neighbor brought a leash. I sent Ashley a plea for help. Maggie spent two weeks in training. The results were incredible. My parents, sister and brother in law (and 2 little dogs) finally came to visit. Maggie sat, listened to "leave it" and laid down when told. She never jumped on anyone. We are going to be able to introduce her to my 95 year old Grandmother this Thanksgiving. She is pink, shaved to the skin. She is so itchy. this was awful and never anything we ever talked about or agree to. She did the opposite of what i asked. what i asked was to keep her length, just clean her up. Muella at Onalasks was the groomer and should be let go for doing this to dogs.

When I got there, a sign near the cashier informed me that the fish section was closed, due to a 'store meeting'. Greatly disappointed, I left. Today, I made a second trip - only to find another sign saying the fish section was closed: again. I inquired, and was told by a cashier that the fish desk person had lost a contact, and gone home to replace it, and would be back soon. On hearing that I was making a 3 hour trip to shop at their store, the cashier volunteered to ask the manager if he could help me with my fish instead. I waited, then was approached (with no greeting or apology) by someone who was busy on his phone. He asked me where I was coming from; assuming he was the manager, I replied "Gays Mills'. He triumphantly punched his phone and said, "Gays Mills is only 54 miles from here!" I was flabbergasted. He apparently wanted to argue that I was wrong about the length of my trip, rather than provide any sort of customer service. I left - and will never return.

I brought him home and immediately called to see what treatment he was given. Basically nothing!!! When I spoke to someone on Monday, she offered to "work with me if he had to go to the vet." What does that mean??? Then I asked if she had a handwashing protocol between pets. She assumed employees washed their hands! I asked her why a picture of my dog's eye was not sent to me, so I could decide his care if they are not willing to care for it. As far as I recently found out, our pets are left alone at night and no cameras are used. My dog will never go there again!

We were denied because I have a 15yo dog and three of our kids are younger than 10 (the lady who originally found him and had him for a few days before surrendering him to the shelter had a 4 and 7yo the dog did great with). I have owned dogs for 17 years, 11 of those years with small children yet I was denied.
