This is to let other people know my experience. I feel incredibly taken advantage of for my ignorance in the tax world and they monetized on that. After I couldn't handle it any longer, I was in there office I still tried to fix it I did the research on my own and explained all the unnecessary services, services that didn't even apply to my line of business. I was promise a refund "zelle" (we all know how fast that goes) smh what a joke because 1 month later still nothing still avoiding me dodging calls always in meetings "supposedly" I'm so disappointed it's sickening. Please do your research on tax professionals but don't come here either they genuinely just don't care or they are just overwhelmed with business they can't handle it.
