The young lady at the register wasn't the most pleasant and created chaos with my existing 8+ year membership. I loved this location bc of the convence of being able to drive by on my way to the grocery store for a quick car wash for the monthly rate. I recently moved to downtown and no longer drive by this location as frequently. Two days ago I was told that there was a mistake in my account and I needed to change. I told her specifically I don't want to change anything and just need a new sticker but she did make changes bc the next day I went to the iShine that I frequent often now and they told me I no longer had a valid account! -_- Thankfully the Pearland location recognized me since I've gone for years and they allowed me to drive by. I called the Missouri City location and was the same lady reminded that there was a mistake and she fixed it that day and now I can only go to that Missouri city location. THIS IS NOT A FIX! I asked to speak to the manager and thankfully Chris was helpful and after explaining to him that I have over 8 years paying my monthly due and I've never had any issues when switching cars. This would be my third car switch since I got my membership. Now, I'm not sure if when I signed up years ago I received that deal but why would you change it after I clearly stated "I don't want anything to change, I want to pay the same for the same services and just need my new sticker". Props to Chris for switching my account back to what I originally had. In my opinion any front desk employees represent your business from the start. I was ready to cancel and switch to Pearland's location as I am always greeted with a warm smile. However, me and my family have been a customers for years at ishine Missouri city and I wasn't going to let one person ruin my experience. Overall this car wash option is very convenient to me. I respect and appreciate all the hard workers that are outside in this strong Texas heat. Don't forget to tip your wash team :)

My tires were even looking red. So, I put out the word on Yelp that I was looking for a mobile car washer since making it to someone during work hours is darn near impossible for me. A few car wash businesses replied, but for some reason Derek's stood out. So, I thought... let me give them a shot. Let's see what they are made of. I knew that it was going to be a chore to get that red clay off of my car. After going back and forth a few times with all the details, I met Derek's Mobile Car Wash at my apartment during my lunch break. Since I had to get back to work ASAP, I left my car in their hands and headed back. I did feel kind of weird leaving my keys and my car with total strangers, but it really needed to be cleaned. Inside and out. Some time passed and then I get the phone call... you know the one where they tell you that your car is cleaned. I didn't have super high hopes because they cleaned my car without an outside water source or electricity. They were nice enough to bring my car up to the office for me so that I didn't have to take an Uber back home to get it. When I was waking up to my car I was in total shock. The car looked brand new on the outside. Like it had just came off the showroom floor. It looked GREAT! But I was thinking there's NO WAY that they got the inside as clean. NO WAY!!! I couldn't wait to open the doors and check it out. Once again, I was in total shock. It looked like it had never even been driven. It was so clean you could eat off the seats. It also smelled GREAT! The job that they did was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this small local business for all your car wash needs. The are prompt and very professional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and untrustworthy. They promised a detail service but…read moredid not deliver it. The work they did, I could have done but I wanted a deeper cleaning that I was willing to pay for. I'm a firm believer in giving folks chances to do what's right but this company refused to cooperate. Every ad in Facebook is charging $199 for a detail with a spotlight on deep cleaning the interior. I reached out to several places to see if they would do an engine/engine bay detail (which I was willing to pay for) but most said No. Tito's not only said they would do a deep cleaning but would also do the engine detail. To my surprise, he stated it would only be $25 extra. I let him know via the chat we were having on Facebook Marketplace that I was still waiting for other companies to respond and he stated that he would drop his price to $170 if I went with him on the spot. I agreed and scheduled it for Saturday 7/4/26 at 8am. They came out and a young man named Roberto started to work on my vehicle. When I came out to check on the work he was almost done with the interior but many of the stains that I expect to be removed were still there. I asked if he was going to clean it better and use the steam and he stated that I only paid for what he was doing and if I wanted the deeper cleaning it was a different package. I didn't want to argue with him as I was going to deal with whoever I was dealing with in the chat. He then proceeded to wash the exterior instead of the engine which I asked him if he had already done it. He said he was doing the engine last, which I found odd since he was going to get the exterior of the truck wet again, at least the front part, but if he wanted to work harder then that was on him. Not 15 min later he stated he was done. I checked the engine and it was still dirty! When I pointed it out, he said he did not feel comfortable getting my engine wet so he only wiped down the top areas. I told him that since he did not detail the engine then he was going to have to reduce the price, which he said it would only be $150. My mistake was paying him and not checking everything. After he left I found areas inside that were still very dirty letting me know he didn't even touch it. I immediately took pictures and sent them to whoever I was chatting with. They apologized and stated they would come back out to make it right. It was scheduled for them to come out Saturday 7/11/26 at 8:30am but they did not show at that time. When I contacted them, they said there was a confusion on their part and asked if they could come out Sunday 7/12/26 at 11am, which I also accommodated my schedule AGAIN. They once again did not come out. When I reached out again they stated they were running behind and would be coming out. THEY NEVER DID. I requested a refund for services not rendered and I have been ghosted. I gave them a shot to redeem themselves so I don't feel bad giving them a negative review.
