As soon as I arrived, I was told I should just wait around instead of my wife picking me up because "it wouldn't take long." That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250). The staff the whole time seemed rushed and almost bothered that I was even there, despite the fact they didn't close until 5 p.m. and my appointment was at 3:45 p.m. When they finished, they didn't do a walkthrough with me (even though I saw them do one with another customer just before me). Instead, they simply handed me my keys and walked back inside to charge me. The issues were obvious the moment I got into my truck. Dust was still all around my screen, streaks and marks everywhere. Mind you, I paid $88 for this wash. Within two minutes of driving, I stopped for diesel and noticed even more--my rims were only washed on the exterior, not the interior, so as soon as I drove, grime and dirt bled from the inside out. The side steps still had dirt on them, the back bumper where employees had stepped up was dirty, and the side doors still had buildup. This place came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, but I honestly don't see the quality. For what I paid ($78 plus a $10 tip), this was maybe a $30 job at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately, yesteday's experience was incredibly disappointing. I watched my husband pull into the area clearly marked "Park Here for Details," just as he has done many times before. Instead of politely explaining that the parking procedure had changed, an employee immediately approached him with a rude attitude and told him he couldn't park there. After going back and forth for a few moments, the employee finally told him to "just pick a spot." As someone standing there watching the entire interaction, I was shocked by how unnecessarily confrontational it was. My husband was simply following the posted signs. If parking procedures change because of a special event or an unusually busy day, that's completely understandable. But the solution is to update the signage or have an employee politely direct customers where to park--not to be rude to customers who are following the instructions you've posted. Good customer service starts with treating people with respect. We've supported this business for years, and it was disappointing to see a loyal customer spoken to that way. I hope management addresses both the confusing signage and the way customers are treated, because experiences like this make people think twice about coming back.

I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service.
