Btw, that's his 20% commission on something I was already going to do anyway, that makes no sense. Second, he said that my car was going to be there for 8hrs, being that it was going to get 9h ceramic coded, that made sense. According to him,they were going to clay bar, paint correct then Ceramic coat it. 4hrs later my car was ready, red flag because it was hard to believe that my car was properly ceramic coated. I paid the remaining balance anyway thinking maybe they did. After receiving payment their attitude changed for the worse. Well, your car paint is too old, what do you expect? Meanwhile my car is mainly garage kept. I expressed my concern to the owner Jose, he didn't give a dam either. He wouldn't even meet me at the shop so I can show him my concerns on the vehicle. Instead he tried to insult me like Herman by saying my car was old,ect,ect.. Meanwhile I just got a brand new engine from Dodge installed at Dodge. In other words I take care of my car. All I want is for my car to have really been Ceramic coated like I was promised. At best,I probably got a wax done,and to top it off it brought out new scratches that weren't there before I took my car there. Yes,my car is 13 years old but the paint is still good and if they would have warned me about the car maybe not coming out good I would have rather sent my car to get painted then coated after or even wrapped. This place has horrible customer service, I'd avoid it. The owner isn't even there because (he has multiple businesses), he can careless. I am writing my review after bringing my concerns to both Herman and the owner, Jose. They both didn't care to even meet me at the shop so that can show them my concerns. I truly don't believe that my car was really coated and their actions even raised my doubt even more. You be the judge, they supposedly clay bared, paint corrected and ceramic coated my car in 4hrs(2 techs), even though I'm new to the ceramic coated game,I seriously doubt it.

At the time of the booking a $25 deposit was required. Their advertisement says in capital letters WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. When I picked up my car to make the final payment I was not informed that there would be a card fee if I used a credit card. If I was informed of this I would of paid in cash. After numerous messages sent to the owner of the business he refused to remove the card fee even though I was never notified that there would be a card fee. Management denied the claim, avoided taking responsibility, and gaslit me in their weak emailed response (I am not the only customer this happened to).
