I tried doing a DIY repair on a bumper scratch and a dent in the hood. I was very close to going to Tesla for the fix. I decided to check out Top Finish for a quote and thank God I did because it saved me thousands of dollars! The fix involved repainting of the hood and bumper along with removing over spray from my abysmal DIY work. They got Tesla's tri-coat paint finish down to the tea. It was perfect. I'm now perfectly set for a ceramic coating. Awesome work. Top Finish went beyond what I expected, I was set with a Model 3 rental and got a full exterior and interior detail on top of the work I needed complete (EVEN HARD WATER SPOTS REMOVED), hell, even my mud flaps were fixed! I took my Tesla3 to Daniel N. the Shop Mgr at Top Finish due to a couple of swirl/scratches on the hood. I showed Daniel the scratches and he said give me 10 minutes and I'll see what I can do. This is the best body shop I've ever been to! About a month ago, I was in a car accident and needed to get my car repaired. My insurance company initially recommended another shop, but I chose this one because of their smooth process and wonderful customer service over the phone--and they did not disappoint! The at-fault insurance company gave me a hard time, but the shop successfully arranged everything so I could get a rental with the right brand. When I went to pick up my car, a brand-new Tesla Model Y was waiting for me! The technicians' skills were phenomenal--I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. They even rushed to finish the repairs because they knew the insurance wouldn't cover everything and I'd have to pay part of it out of pocket. I was hesitant to write my review. Overall the guy handling my claim really was nice. Just took longer than they had originally told me. So that was okay. No biggie but once my car was ready, I glanced and didn't notice anything fully trusting them. Once I actually had to chance to fully inspect my car. There was a wheel arch trim clip missing no biggie. Then I noticed the Honda had some white paint on the edges and that really pissed me off and took it back. Again the guy handling my claim was nice about it. And too top it off a few days later, I went to the gym and came back with my bumper grill coming off and went again and told them again what is going on. This time the gentleman had said someone back had back into me and that's why it came off and said it wasn't them. Just wondering how easily it came off and there was no dent of scratches on my car when I said how could it have been someone backing into to my car and just my grill came off weird. That was my experience with them. For the amount they charged my insurance I expected a higher quality than what I experienced I wouldn't recommend this place read more

Would rate 10/5 if i could. Dudes here are crazy efficient, great price, very good service. I got my car detailed, brakes and tires replaced, bumper repaired, radio replaced twice, and turn signal replaced. They had it done in no time at all. Didnt charge me for a lot of that, too. Even when i took it in for the second radio replacement and turn signal, they didnt charge me at all. The rest was VERY reasonably priced. I'm really disappointed in this company when I got home I noticed some scratches on the inside of the bumper and the inside of the back door and on the gas tank cover it was also bent they also forgot to fix the back up camera I had to take it back for them to fix these issues . Went step by step and offered transportation to a car rental. At the car rental, Daniel made sure that everything was in order with the rental before he went back. It was also convenient that I could leave the rental car with them when the repairs were finished and they even polished and cleaned my car. Not only were the people at the shop friendly and super responsive but they did quality work as well. Both of these gentlemen were incredibly helpful and polite from the beginning to the end, and on top of that, communication was transparent every step of the way. I came in to get the entire front end of my car repaired and my advisor Edgar was awesome; he was quick to assess the damages, walk me through the procedure for collision work and provide me with a fair price.
