Thankfully, I had Shine wrap the entire vehicle with PPF after I bought it, so the rock didn't damage the paint or body. I called Shine and they got me in a couple days later. He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

I dropped my truck off on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 AM. Around 2:30 PM, I received a call that the four tires I requested to have replaced was ready for pick up. After paying $1,061.57 for the tires and labor, I drove off the lot only for my truck to begin violently shaking, forcing me to pull over immediately. I contacted my husband, who came to assist, but the truck was undrivable. I returned to Stress Free Auto Care and explained the situation. At that point, my husband was already waiting for a tow truck. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told they were closing and would not inspect the vehicle until Monday. I could hear the mechanic complaining that he was tired and didn't want to wait around when the manager went to speak to him. I specifically asked if anyone actually drove my truck to test it and was told no they did not road test it. Obviously. Due to the poor customer service and urgency of the situation, we had the truck towed to Toyota of Orange. After inspection, we were informed that the lug nuts had been grossly over-tightened, three were broken and one was missing entirely. This was not a minor mistake; it caused significant damage to the wheel components and created a serious safety hazard. Proper torque is a basic standard that any competent shop should follow, yet it was clearly ignored. No one from Stress Free Auto Care contacted us at any point the following week. After Toyota kept the truck for a week and a half, we were left with a repair bill of $3,332.03. My husband sent a certified letter to Stress Free Auto Care, including documentation of the damages and requesting reimbursement. The manager eventually responded, offering to reimburse only the cost of the tires without acknowledging the additional damages or expenses incurred. As a result, we have filed a lawsuit to recover our losses. I strongly caution anyone to use Stress Free and to choose a business that values safety, accountability, and professional standards.

Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). I visited a few different shops before deciding on this one. I don't regret it. My car was a challenge. It had significant water damage that was cleaned by a different place, but they didn't do the best job. I brought it here for an estimate, and the owner, Edgardo, gave me his honest feedback in terms of cost and feasibility, and it seemed reasonable, so I let them do it. He and his team did a fantastic job on fixing 99% of the water damage. Given the bad shape the car was in, it would've been unrealistic to expect to get it to 100%, and he made that clear to me in the beginning. There are two things I deeply value in a business transaction: honesty, and fairness. Edgardo gave me both, and I left a satisfied customer. As a perk, they offered to pick me up when my car was ready. Overall, it was a great experience, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I did a local search to help detail my C63. These guys ranked high. They did not disappoint! One amazing experience! First of all I showed up unannounced and Rubio took me on immediately. He gave me a ride to the movies and within a few hours, he and his team worked their magic! Rubio picked me back up and I was amazed at the quality of work he and the guys did on my nine-year-old black car. There were no swirl marks in site! No under-worked spots. No polish residue left. Supreme Shine Premier was recommended by friends to have my 13 year old Lexus detailed. Mr. Rubio is very professional and his team are definitely the hardest workers I have ever met. He told me what would be done to my car and he was completely upfront of what might not be completed. He showed me what he meant about wrapping the mats. The engine looks like new. WOW. I brought my 71 Buick GS convertible to Edgardo yesterday for detailing. I had no idea that the 33 year old paint had oxidized and faded as it happened over such a long time. His guys did a fantastic job of giving new life to the paint. They also did a great job of cleaning up the Pearl White upholstery and detailing the engine bay. The first time I came in to get the tint done, I had the front lady come out and check the old tint…read moreon my car and she said it looks 35% and I was holding the sample tint (35%) next to my window with old tint, but the sample tint (35%) looked lighter so I told her it looks lighter and I asked her if they could bring out one of those tools that could show for sure that my windows are in fact 35% and not darker (because I don't want to go lighter than what I already have). Instead of bringing out a tool, they brought out this guy (he's nice) and he just looked at it and said it's 35%. So since I thought they're the pros, that it shouldn't be lighter, but after they installed it, it's lighter than my old tint... again I wanted to like the business because they are nice and it looks like they did a good job on the two rear window, even though I see a bit of peeling on the back window, I just ignored it. But they didn't want to help fix the mistake on the two front windows. I messaged them regarding this and they told me to come back and they'll "take a look at it". I drove far and when I got there, nobody took a look at my car and just told me they can't help with it. Too bad, I wanted to like the business but they did me wrong so I won't be coming back and can't recommend them to others.

This company offers discounts for cash payments but will not provide a receipt with warrnty so, they can avoid paying taxes to the IRS and will charge full sales tax on credit card payments. Sales tax should not be charged the full amount on labor. They are rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment for morning and still had to wait the next day to pick up the vehicle. Horrible tint work with bubbling compared to Downey location.

I found a note left by another employee noting of the incident. OF COURSE, I was furious to find this after a long day at work, but I am fortunate that there was honesty in this ordeal. The damage to my car, at first sight, looked very major. Hence, considering this is still a new car to me. I was also worried that it will cost an arm and a leg for repairs. Moreso, the time I have to take to get this repaired. But this AMAZING DUO (Randy and Mae) made it happen. First, I called for an estimate. I did not get an immediate response, so I left a voice message. Within 15-30 minutes later, I receive a call from Richard. He requested I text him pictures of the car, but I asked if I could stop by because this place was close by. He was perfectly fine with that. I arranged to meet him at 130. My BIL and I arrived before this time, and we were able to get a quick estimate. THIS WENT NICE AND SMOOTH. We were able to cross path with such AMAZINGLY NICE and HONEST individuals. So, quote was given, and I wanted to get this repair done ASAP. I was given options, and I loved this. What made it even better was when it was ok that we come back later to get this done and the service to get done will only take 30 minutes. THIS WAS AWESOME TO HEAR!!! They put me at ease when I saw the finished work. It was like nothing ever happened. AND visiting this place DID NOT cost me an arm and a leg. Their pricing is very reasonable.
