My favorite is their all white meat bowl with veggies it's all I order and plus the employees are nice.

I decided to try this new place the Top Grill in San Jacinto. I ordered two bowls, Both with veggies and one with beef, the other with shrimp. After trying the shrimp bowl I wasn't impressed at all. There is nothing worse than biting into a shrimp to find that the tail shell had not been removed. The Thai tea was was watered down and the strawberry smoothie was also watered down. The veggies were bland tasting and I had to add more seasoning at home just to eat some of it. Besides the tail shells on the shrimp, they were overcooked, rubbery and without flavor. Unfortunately I won't be going back. I hope this was an isolated incident. read more

If I can give a 0 star I would, a few days ago I ordered the chicken bowl with veggies and not mentioned that I wanted the chicken veggie plate which is a little different with hard boiled eggs and lettuce, when I received my order, I notice that wasn't the one I wanted, I didn't want to make it a big deal and told them that I wanted to just wait a little bit longer to get the order that I originally wanted. I waited patiently for 15-20 minutes more, which was no big deal. I got home and ate the one I wanted, and then when I took the one I just kept the next day for work, I took a few bites and what I saw was a long piece of hair wrapped with the cabbage and threw out the remainder of the food. I called the restaurant explaining what happened and the girl who picked up gave the phone to the cook who i guess made the order, and because I didn't call that exact day I ordered it, there was nothing they can do. I was trying to do them a favor and "bought"the wrong order, the least they can do is Apologize and not make their customers feel like it was their fault, it's not even the fact that it had hair, which I knows happens in the restaurant business, I didn't ask for my money back, just something for the next time,will definitely not be coming back and I've been going here since I've moved to the city a few years ago! One of the best places to eat in San Jacinto. It could also still compete with others if they got out of town. Food I've been served here is always fresh and quickly prepared. So I went to the Top Grill on April 29th 2022 made an order as a young girl working the cash register my total came up with $12.05 so I gave her the $20 bill but I told her let me get $0.05 I have it in my pocket and I was searching for it and then when I finally found it she said I already completed it I go okay that's fine I go you're giving me the $0.95 in change here's $0.05 give me a dollar back so I don't have all that change she's like no she goes that's just too confusing and then I'm like confusing it's basic math and she said I don't have to do it so I'm like okay she had such a major bad attitude the way she was talking to me take the gig info no business cuz it should allow their employees to talk to customers that way. It's just the words she chose to say to me as a customer and not help me we're very very very childish and rude I asked her for her name she wouldn't give it to me I did ask for a manager she got the manager told the manager what happened seemed like the only thing he wanted to do was Rush my food so that I would leave totally understandable wasn't causing a scene or anything but I left it at that but I won't go back there you know I was eating there about four times a week and there's other places that I can go and give them my money read more

Been to this place twice, the food was very tasty. I ordered the chicken and beek bowl and it was delicious. I have not ordered any of their teas but I've seen several people order them and they look good. So far no complains except for portion inconsistency. Man this place is hard to beat. They have $3.95 drinks and the beef plate is cheap and one of the best damn places of its kind. I've eaten here 3 times this week and it's only Tuesday. Let me start by saying the food was alright but their service is horrible. I was charged $22 for a salmon plate and when I called to get a refund because they added a all white meat bowl to my total(which I never ordered) I was told that I left the restaurant without the bowl. I advised the person on the phone that I never ordered that only the salmon plate I was still told there was nothing that could be done because the food was at the restaurant. She placed the phone down to speak to the manager Maria who was still refusing to give me my money back and then I heard a girl say she accidentally charged me. Maria then comes on the phone and tells me I can come in to get a refund. This transpired on 3/21/21 and I went back the next day for my refund. Maria had me sign a receipt stating it should be back in my account which it wasn't. I waited a week for the refund to show and it never did. I called the store to speak with a manager which there was never a manager the three times I called and they just took my name and number. I finally received my money back on 4/2/21. Oh and did I say no one ever called me back. Very very poor customer service. Never an apology or return call! Absolutely nothing! I'm super big on customer service because I treat others how I would want others to treat me and this was the worst experience ever. read more
