I've been buzzing to Better Buzz in San Jacinto for a while, and it's always a great experience. I usually order an Americano or a Caramel Vanilla Latte, but recently I wanted to try something different and asked Clare for recommendations. She took the time to explain a few options, ask what flavors I typically enjoy, and educate me on drinks that matched my preferences. Thanks to her knowledge and patience, I ended up finding a new drink that I really enjoy. Great customer service like that makes a difference, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Kaylee, Maeve, Enelia were amazing service ambassadors and brand representatives. Especially Maeve. They were all Inexhaustibly busy and cheerful and friendly and professional. I forgot the bathroom password and they wrote it down for me. Patiently described ingredients in an item I was intrigued with and sold me on it with their graciousness. And they brought my order to me! They asked me how my eating experience was. Loved the temperature and great mix of flavors. Just enough zip to make me wonder what was in there! Great texture and flavors. Great customer experience. The sauce for the egg bites is so fore! You gotta try it!

Today I waited 15 minutes for my acaia and avocado toast AFTER the pickup time. My toast was cold and I paid for EXTRA almond butter in my acacia bowl. However SHEER DISAPPOINTMENT NO ALMONDY BUTTER AT ALL! Almost $16 for a watered down smoothie bowl without the extras that I paid for!! Yeah no The old staff were amazing , this new crew needs serious training

ALL employees encountered at this store are super friendly. Loved that!! Americano-a three star (comparing to the main competitor) it was a little weak and watery. The best drink ever-four and one half star - it needed more coffee flavor.... The store itself is nice and clean. Looks like a nice place to work. A nice chain coffee shop. It would be a 5 star place for the great service today but drinks were in need of more coffee flavor. It's still on my list if to go places while in the area.

What a great customer service voice! I really thought it was AI and it turns out it was the manager. The customer service here was great. My daughter tried ordering a chili hot crunch wrap but they didn't have it due to the truck not delivering the food. The drive thru was clean but I cannot speak to the ambiance of the inside.

Happy to finally have one of these locally in SJ. Been frequently stopping by since they've opened. The crew is always pleasant and the coffee sure does pack a punch. Everything I've tried so far has been pretty good. Also wanted to give a shout out to Mike! Had an issue with one of my orders and he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and my issue was taken care of.

An employee noticed I was at a table and had a laptop, so he asked if I needed the wifi and happily gave it to me. I've had the strawberry rose matcha previously and it was alright, a little too sweet for my preference with the matcha not being great either. But trying the honey lavender from their spring collection today, I'm no matcha connoisseur but I like it a lot better and it seems to be a favorite among other customers as well. It's a lot lighter and more balanced. Definitely coming back often to do work for the vibes and to try the other things on their menu

Second time coming here and it's definitely worth a trip. Had the hazelnut divinity and the almond croissant.. both were so delicious. They do take a lil while to take orders sometimes but they treat you nicely. A really good place to have a good drink and chill out

EXCELLENT, RISING FRANCHISE! Better Buzz is the next coffee juggernaut, it won't be long! I absolutely love this new edition to the valley, it's a refreshing, new coffee shop with high-quality brews and ingredients. Better Buzz is still growing in its non-dairy and sugar-free options, however the selection for customers is plentiful. The cinnamon cream cold brew with oatmilk was phenomenal, the cream used was thick and rich. My drink wasn't overwhelming, it was just right. My Mom complemented the sugar-free coffee. All the coffee options from ice-blended to hot looked unique and delicious. I took a look at BB's food menu and WOW everything sounded amazing. Aioli wraps, daily muffin specials, AÇAÍ bowls?! There's even sandwiches for breakfast and lunch! The line was a little lengthy as this is a newer location, however it flowed along and the staff were efficient. Each staff member monitored the line for crowd control and they answered our questions expertly. I really appreciated our barista on this trip, she was very polite and helpful.The ambiance was relaxed, I had a good time.

La Jolla location was the first time we tried Better Buzz. Surprised to see one in Hemet today while we killed time waiting for my Mom's eye surgery to finish. I had the iced matcha latte + ham & cheese croissant. Hubbs got the cinnamon cold brew + the breakfast sandwich. We both enjoyed the drinks and food, made fresh and tasted good. Staff were nice, place was clean and had free wi-fi.

Service was great, the girl taking our order was friendly. I ordered the butter cookie drink and my daughter ordered a vanilla latte with extra sweetener which they charge 1.00 for. We also got a Nutella croissant which was also good, enjoyed the sea salt sprinkles on top of it. The place is big inside and it was clean. Great spot to go study, hang out and drink some delicious coffee.

6/14 @ 5pm...no one in the store and had to wait 15+ minutes for my drinks. Patiently waited and was asked if I needed anything. Nicely told her I was waiting for my drinks and she said yeah, they're backed up a little. 15 minutes later, she asked again and the drinks have been sitting on the counter the entire time to the point where they were already melting. Probably 1st and last time here. How disappointing. read more

It just opened so I'm pretty sure they're still getting the hang of running a new location with new employees. It was slow service and took awhile to order but the coffee was delicious food was hot and ready ! The girl at the window was super kind so because of that the wait wasn't even a big deal. read more

I really love the snickerdoodle and the workers are so nice because they help try and see what they can make lactose free for me. There is decent parking space and everything seems so clean. I had such a wonderful experience at Better Buzz Coffee Roasters! As a first-time customer, I wasn't sure what to order, but Liz, who helped me at the drive-through, made the entire experience exceptional. Her positive attitude and friendly energy immediately stood out and made me feel welcome. Liz recommended a great specialty drink with delicious toppings, called ice hazelnut divinity with cinnamon cold foam and it was absolutely amazing -- perfectly crafted and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about quality here. And you have to try the doughnut holes! They're filled with a rich vanilla custard that is simply irresistible. Between the delicious drinks and the outstanding customer service, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

Tried this place for the first time and I'm so glad I did! We have been on the hunt for a go to coffee shop and this is it ! :) tried 3 different coffees (hot) and they were all delicious and not too sweet which is main issue with finding good coffee. Service was excellent, the girl who took our order was very sweet, and helpful. Ambiance I'd say 10/10, place is very clean, chill and has plenty of seating. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just came through the drive thru 7/2/26 at 11:40am and this girl that was taking my order was so unprofessional and rude. No drive thru etiquette at all. No hello, no thank you. I didn't even know when she was going to scan my app or take my payment because she wouldn't stop talking to her other coworker. She was complaining about having a shift tomorrow and talking so much so she threw my drink out of the window and the entire driver side of my car was washed in coffee. The Menifee and moval location WAY better. Also my coffee tasted like absolute garbage but the manager remade it and was way nicer to us. read more

My daughter & I had just returned from Coachella and had a bit of the "bieber-fever" (haha) aka post desert-concert sore throat.. Initially I went inside to collect my free mug (which I had saved my app rewards points for) when she asked if I needed a pastry or drink.. I let her know my daughter was sick & in the truck (to prevent spreading sickness) & that we would go around to place an order.. she not only offered to get started on the drink but made a drink suggestion her boyfriend had already gave her the thumbs up on. When we got to the drive up window she went on to explain why the tea would be so good for her, portions and how they work in case she orders again all while providing us with the biggest smile!! We also got cool limited edition banana stickers (I love stickers)!! It is people like Crystal that can make anyones day despite being under the weather or any other personal struggle they may be going through. I've been to many Better Buzz locations, but nothing compares to the energy at the San Jacinto drive-thru with Gizelle, Angelina, and Liz B. These three divas greet us like no other! Their energy is unmatched and their skill and customer service are exceptional. Honestly, they're the reason I love coming in the morning. You can tell they truly care about the people coming through. Even during rush hour, they stay positive, focused, and make every customer feel special. That kind of energy is rare. I had to break up with Starbucks because this has officially become my new daily spot. The vibe they bring in the morning really sets the tone for the whole day. Thank you Gizelle, Angelina, and Liz B for always showing up at 100% and making the drive-thru experience something special. One thing that really stands out about Better Buzz is having a district manager who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Paul consistently takes the time to read and respond to customer reviews, which really says a lot. While I don't personally have anything to complain about, I do read reviews when deciding whether to try a new place, and Paul's involvement truly stood out to me. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed. I hope he sticks around and continues addressing customer experiences promptly. I wish more places had a district manager like you, Paul. OMG! My first time trying better buzz, I've been it over the years but as a Bay Area girly never had a chance! We were already excited impressed upon walking in , and Jeremiah took our order and even gave it to us for free(as we are visitors and first timers), he was so sweet ! He also took time out of his day to explain their slogan and their vibe as a brand! Hope to see one in a Bay Area soon ! I would highly recommend this place for its vibe and friendly workers! I have been a resident of San Jacinto for just under 30 years and I have had a lot of coffee experiences around these parts, but nothing has compared to the experience I have had at Better Buzz. Anissa, one of the Baristas, was so kind and caring. She was kind and knew everything about the menu. She recommended The Best Drink Ever and it was the best! Service was excellent! Liz took drive thru orders in the rain and was more than friendly. The drinks were great and everything was very efficient. We visited the day before and sat inside, experiencing wonderful ambiance with plenty of seating and decoration. Awesome experience! read more

They have a drink called the Cookies N' Cream Cold Brew and i is so deliciou! I'm not really one for caffeinated beverages but this drink makes me want it non-stop. Plus the addition of the oreo and sprinkles is so cute! I would order this item on the regular! read more
