It's funny some of their patrons have never seen a black person up close before. But hey they didn't start anything so there wasn't anything. I ordered the surf and turf burrito and carne asada fries as well as their surf and turf fries and hell why not a carne asada burrito. Ok, on to the food. The chipotle sauce was flavorful but there was just not enough of it on the surf and turf burrito. Also it seemed like a flavor was missing from the food itself. My carne asada fries was missing something from them as well as the fries being undercooked. Would this be a place where I'll return? sure mom and pop places always need second chances. Maybe this was a off day, maybe their best chef wasn't there. It could be anything but I'll give the a shot much later on this year.

I ordered three different item's from the secret menu not listed at the establishment. Shocked the person taking the order knowing had it memorized. My food order can a was exactly the secret meal I had hoped to eat. I did have one problem upon leaving, another customer bumped into me causing my bag of food to fall on the ground. Fortunately, i also know quite a bit of policies for other businesses and McDonalds happens to be one of them. McDonalds does not provide water cups anymore as they do not have any. I'm sure that this manager you speak of was charging your freind the senior discount for a small fountain drink. If she would have gaven him a free fountain drink, then once the register was counted and there was a few cents missing, her manager would have questioned her. Policies are in place for businesses to run smooth and everything acounted for. I hope this helps and you understand. After reading a few of these reviews i went in for myself with my family. The service, wait time, and staff was great. I got to meet the new shift manager Kendra and asked for a water cup. She politely apologized and explained that the franchise has stopped giving out water cups. We had a pleasant lunch and continued on our way.

No greeting, no manners, just a bad vibe overall. What really frustrated me was that after I finished placing my order, she casually mentioned they don't accept Apple Pay. That's something that should be communicated upfront, not after wasting a customer's time.
