We lived in a hotel for a few months by chance while we unexpectedly moved to Tennessee for work. We went hear because we really had few options for laundry and they did EVERYTHING and it was so high quality. We ended up buying property in the country on the west side and I drove in 2-3 times a month just for them. Absolutely worth it. They're also such kind people. My shirts are always pressed nicely, and I ask for light starch (and for once) it is actually light starch. They have not ruined any of my clothes, lost any of my clothes, and they are always personable. Additionally, they have not ruined of #1 wife's stuff either. She remembers my face and my name when I come into the store, and the owner (I assume) lady (the "she" without an antecedent above) is always present. As a bonus and kinda funny aside, I have two dogs - if you read my stuff you probably know this... anyhow, I wear a black jacket for winter. So, you guessed it; it has dog hair on it... all of the time. Every time I go in the store, she is always like, "You want me to roll you?" It just cracks me up that she wants to lint roll me while I'm in the store. I don't think she realizes that some people might find a offense at that (but it's cultural, she is just trying to be extra helpful). Love the lady to death... absolutely kills me when she breaks out the lint roller on me. (I don't let her roll me; just happens every time.) She even gave me one "for Christmas", she said. It was extremely wrinkled and I asked why. He explained that all they do is just wash the comforter and toss it in a bag. Something I could have done from my home. For $62 dollars nothing had changed. He also tried to say that we spoke over the phone about the stains and how it needed more treatment which never happened. Do not waste your money here!

One short sleeve Polo style shirt...$7.00 for just one. I was surprised since the receipt they give you when you drop off the shirts doesn't show the price. I then went to pay in cash. They don't take cash, only credit cards. This has to be the only dry cleaner in the US that won't accept cash. They said it's because of robberies. I read the news in my community and never heard of this place ever getting robbed. This place is in Brentwood which has high value homes so they are taking advantage of it with their prices that are double than most dry cleaners. Personally I would rather drive an extra couple of miles just to not get ripped off. If you like paying more than double and never being able to pay with cash then this place is right up your alley.

My husband prefers heavy starch and our boys light starch and they do a great job of accommodating individual preferences. They do write on inside, bottom of shirts for identification. I prefer this to the itchy tags some other dry cleaners use. The turn around is quick and on request, will even have your items done the same day.

On closer inspection the cleaners had written our last name in permanent marker on every shirt!!! When asked... they said they always do that and so do other dry cleaners. Odd.... we have used many other dry cleaners all across the country and this has NEVER come up. They said they would offer no compensation for the shirts and that they were uninsured. Unless you need your clothes personalized with a sharpie go elsewhere.
