I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really didn't sit right with me. (Actually never have left a bad review until now) I called ahead before coming in, and no one mentioned anything about limited time availability. When I arrived, I was told they could only do a 45-minute session. That's frustrating because I typically get a full 60-minute massage anywhere I go, and it would've been helpful to know that before I made the trip. It immediately made the whole experience feel rushed. During the massage, I started feeling uncomfortable--not just from the time constraint, but physically as well. The headrest was poorly set up, and the sheet kept rubbing against my chin, causing irritation the entire time. It was honestly hard to relax or enjoy the massage because I was so distracted and uncomfortable. Even worse, after I left, I noticed what looked like bug bites, and my husband can confirm,I didn't have them before I went in. That raises serious concerns about cleanliness and whether the sheets are properly washed between clients. Oh!! And they finished 5 minutes early, wasn't even a full hour! I wouldn't make a fuss about it but since the experience I had.... I'm sharing it for others to be aware!!!!! At the end, although I wasn't happy, I still left a $10 tip. The therapist then told me that a $20 tip for a one-hour massage is "mandatory," which was shocking. Tips should be based on service and given voluntarily--not demanded, especially after such a disappointing experience. As I was leaving, an older woman at the front gave me a very unpleasant look, which just added to how uncomfortable I already felt. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to cause a scene, but looking back, I wish I had spoken up. Walked in for a massage, they said they could only do 30 minutes which was fine. I don't get massages often, so I have nothing to compare it to. I started with one woman who left a few times during my massage, and then another woman came back to finish. They charge up front $40 for 30 minutes - which I didn't think was that bad. But when I left, the woman was guarding (physically standing in the door way so I couldn't leave) the door asking me for a tip - I gave her $5 and she was expressively not happy. But I felt very uncomfortable being asked to tip... I was going to ask for change and tip them both $5 - but I was afraid I wasn't going to get my correct change back! I wish I had read the reviews before coming here.. I completely agree that this business has to be some sort of a front. I walked in and they said they could give me an hour massage. Then, they walked in on me while I was changing (twice) to ask if I could do 30 minutes instead? I mean.. I was already there and half naked so I said that's fine. Not even 5 minutes into the massage, they asked if I could wait for about 10 minutes. I was so thrown off. I said okay...? I still don't understand why they did that. I timed it, and they left me in the room for 15 minutes. Somebody completely different ended up finishing my massage, but it was only for 20 minutes, so I didn't even get my full 30 minutes. I dont usually post reviews but I feel its important because I wouldn't want anyone to waste $1 here no matter how bad you need a massage! I have had many massages over the years both at mom & pop places and fancy spas. I have never experienced anything like this before. I gave this place a try because its down the street from my house and open late so I could go after work. I called to make an appointment at 7pm and a very sweet voice answered the phone. I was actually running a bit late due to traffic coming from work so I called to let them know. The lady with the sweet voice answered and said ok. I asked if I should still come or reschedule and she said, "come its ok, drive safe and see you soon!" I arrived at 5 after 7. The entrance is in the back so I was met by another woman who was not the sweet voice who answered the phone. She looked at me confused and I said I made an appt for 7. She asked if it was 30 mins or an hour and i told her 1 hour. She said $50 and I said ok. She said, "no 1 hour. 45 minites". I was desperate for a massage so I agreed. I asked fo use the restroom. Affer I came in the room and ahe was just standing there staring at me and then finally I realized she was waiting for me to pay. She repeated $50. I told her ok and gave her my debit card. She left the room and I started to undress. She walked right back on without knocking as I stood there. I am not shy but that was totally inappropriate. Then the massage started and as i lay there face down I was nauseous from the smell of the chemicals they use to wash the towels I felt really uncomfortable during the massage and even though I have had some pretty painful deep tissue massages, this still didn't feel right and I realized she doesn't know what she is doing. She left the room TWICE during my massage to talk to the other woman in the hallway. At one point I pointed to my hip and told her it was bothering me and she didn't do anything. At the end she out some oil in my hair and roughly massaged my scalp-honestly much more than she did my body. She finished the massage which turned out to be only 35 minutes anyway. It didn't matter because I just wanted to get out of there. I got dressed and handed her $8 in ones which was all I had, not that she deserved it. When i handed it to her she looked as if I had handed her a turd or something. I always try to support local businesses and certainly don't expect perfection but this was just horrible. read more

Worst massage ever! Gentlemen beware! My husband and I came here for a couples massage and they said they couldn't do two people in one room. So we went our separate ways. The lady massaging my husband asked her if hE or I control our bank accounts? And if I had access to our money? Wonder why those kinds of questions would be asked! When we gave them there tips. They were unhappy with the amount, had I known that they were propositioning my husband I wouldn't have even paid for the horrible massage in the first place! Not a happy ending! Hahaha read more

My husband and I stopped here on the way without researching it first because the tightness in my shoulders had made me desperate. We paid $40 for a 30 minute full body massage, each, and they take your payment upfront + tip, if you're charging it. I didn't appreciate that and felt pressured to tip more than I would have liked because I was put on the spot and hadn't been massaged yet. The room was dark and stuffy and the massage was deep, but not long enough in my problem areas, so I left feeling my tension was broken down, but not "healed." I was never turned over either. I went in for an hour and a half massage when I got there they said they could only do one hour after 30 minutes they said they could only do 45 minutes in the middle of my massage. After the first 20 minutes she completely ripped the sheet off and I laid there naked ...kind of different. I wish I had done my homework and checked you out before coming in here. Hands down, by far, the absolute WORST massage I've ever had. Really it's a stretch to even call what I got a massage. First, as other yelpers mentioned, they charge you upfront. $60 for 60 minutes and they charged me $2 credit card fee that they didn't tell me. As soon as I was done, I stepped out of the room the girl immediately snaps at me, "where's my tip?" She was beyond rude! Beautiful room and friendly staff. When i leave i feel very relax well needed after a hard day at work.

My husband and I went to this place on a weekday around 8pm because I had a lot of knots on my back. For one hour massage was $60 and they make you pay right away before the massage. They take you to a room where there's no air circulation it's very stuffy. I saw hand rails on the ceiling I knew this was going to hurt. The lady was on top of the massage table massaging me and it was hurting so bad!! I kept telling her to stop and she kept telling me no!! I almost jumped out of the table like 10 times in pain. I actually cried, I know my back is pretty bad but I have many injuries and I kept telling her but she just kept saying that my back was bad. After the massage we tried to tip them each $10 and and they both laughed in our faces!! They said they don't accept anything under than $20 each!!!! So $60 plus $20 each!!!
