I provided a picture of the color scheme and the solid hardwood floors that I desired. The hardwood floors were a line item in the contract. I also sent an email of the type of solid hardwood floors that I would like from Home Depot to the Project Manager. This company pulled a bait and switch and installed fake hardwood floors when I paid for real hardwood floors. The Project Manager sent me an email stating it was an "oversight". I requested a refund of $6,000; I paid over $15,000 for flooring labor and allowance throughout my house. The company responded, stating that I have a beautiful home and to go and enjoy it. So, after saying it was an "oversight" they failed to take ANY corrective action for this deception. Buyer beware!
