She asked some questions regarding the wax to ensure I had a great experience and started working. During the appointment, we had a bit of small talk while she worked and each time she would rip the wax off, Dayna would make sure I was good. After the appointment, I paid and thanked her for the service as she did a tremendous job and told her I would be returning. I don't live in the Cleveland/Chatt area as I was visiting family but each time I make the drive up here and decide I need a wax, I'll be sure to book with Dayna again!
