I had a very disappointing experience at Top Line Top Nails with the manager, Loanne. I have been coming to this salon for about 10 years for pedicures, nails, and eyebrow waxing, so this experience was extremely shocking and disheartening. Before my appointment, I had been texting Loanne for about a week regarding the nail color and design I wanted. However, when I arrived, I was told the color I specifically requested was not available. Since we had already been communicating about it beforehand, this is something she should have told me prior to my appointment so I could have chosen another option ahead of time. Because the color wasn't available, I decided to switch to another color and move forward with a cat-eye design and a floral accent. Everything turned out fine except for the flower. The flower she created was very small, so I politely explained that I wanted a bigger flower design. She told me that due to the length of my nails, the flower had to be smaller. I explained that I understood her opinion, but since I was paying $140 for the design, I expected the flower to be done the way I wanted. Instead of trying to accommodate my request, she became rude and upset, raised her voice, and told me she was not going to redo the flower and that she would not make it bigger. I then politely asked if her daughter could redo it for me, and she immediately said no to that as well. At that point, I calmly explained that I was not trying to argue or create a negative environment. I simply asked her to remove what she had already done so I could go somewhere else and get my nails done the way I wanted. The interaction became very uncomfortable because she was loud and dismissive. After being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I could not believe I was treated this way. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will never step foot back in this establishment again. I expected better treatment after being a long-time customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on this experience. read more

The length and shape was inconsistent. The polish was spotty and had to be redone two times. after removing the polish for the second time, I had to instruct on the thickness around the cuticle. I chose a glitter polish to camouflage the inconsistencies after being there for three hours, I was expected to pay full price with all of these issues. I brought in three customers and was planning on five services, declined the less service due to the issues. read more

Loanne is the best! This is the only salon I trust and go to get my nails done because they always do good work and my nails last for so long. She takes her time shaping and filing and painting on designs. I put the last two sets I've got done. I always get compliments went I'm at work or when I go out. I came to top nail spa and while I was getting my nails done I expressed to her that is was hurting and that my nail was bleeding. She initially ignored me, so I said it again. She then said it's ok and smothered nail oil all over the cut. I expressed that it was burning and she talked over, raised her voice, and said just go wash your hands and swatted me away. When I came back after washing my hands I told her that it was still bleeding and burning. She then tried to blame me and said that I was moving even though I wasn't. When I told her multiple that it was burning and bleeding she told me "Take it up with the manager if you're so upset and get a discount." She then walked away and rolled her eyes. I normally have the greatest experience with top nails but not today. Kimmy normally does my nails but she was on vacation. Some guy did my nail and was a bit rude and rushing. Didn't put the right color on my hands for the pink I wanted. I hated that I had to settle due to me pressing for time and I was just not comfortable having him do my nails anymore. He got an attitude when I told him I wanted my cuticles trimmed. I'm paying for the service so I deserve what I ask for. Finally when the owner Loan came his tone and attitude change quickly. My nails are uneven and thicker then the other and he cut my and with the drill when he was getting the extra powder off. All and all I had the Worst experience with top nails today. Loanne is a the best nail tech I ever had!! I have flat, short and wide nail beds so I am a difficult client. Loanne is so talented that you can't tell I have those issues after she does them. I have been going to her for 7 months and I will not let anyone else do my nails. The best part about her is that your nails don't lift at all for at least 3-4 weeks probably 5 if you have nice nail beds. 10 out of 10 recommend! read more

So I came here when I was new to nail stuff...and to be honest I still am. I had gel nails on and have never had them removed before...would just let them fall off naturally. This time one of the nail techs said they would remove them for me for free. I thought that was very nice of them. The lady took some tool and would just start quickly peeling it off. It hurt my nails and left them damage. I would wince and hand shook from the pain. I should have spoken up but thought this was how gel nails were professionally removed. I later told my friend about it who used to work in nails and she said that is not how gel nails are removed and they should have soaked it/wrapped my nails with some acetone and foil or something...not just peel it off. I have never been back to them and it's been a few years. Just wanted to let others know and also let the nail shop know. read more

I payed $65 for this... the French tip of the nails are crooked and the butterflies aren't even centered right. I wouldn't mind paying that much if they would have looked right. My daughter has gone to this salon regularly. Her normal tech was not there. A man that did not speak English very well, was going to do her nails. She asked for a specific look from their IG page. He was rude to her repeatedly. Saying things like "yeah I heard you the first time, rye rolls, then got mad after she asked another tech who she knew had been there a long time. Surprise, they had it. He the decided to pop off and say you didn't believe me, want someone else to do your nails then?? So she said yes, they made her wait almost 45 minutes with an appt. This man was very rude and condescending. Seems like he's just a misogynistic pig to me! Do not go to this nail salon they hire men who obviously hate women, he didn't seem to want to take her. I will be reporting him, if his license is even real, if not I suppose he will be investigated further by Immigration services. Be polite. It's the service industry. If you don't like your job quit. Otherwise you get people like me who don't take kindly to treating their kids like shit. read more

Tom did a great job and was one of the only manicurists I've ever had to ask if I wanted my cuticles clipped! I loved this since they've been over-clipped in the past.
