This used to be my go to nail spa but it's really gone downhill, unfortunately they still have a couple of good nail techs there, but the quality of a pedicure is not what you pay for. It's so rushed and I didn't even get a massage after she left me to go do another clients feet , I told the other lady I didn't get my massage and she said yes I saw her so it.. I felt gaslighted like how you gonna tell me that when I'm the one sitting in the chair..I'm so disappointed, I got a foot rub and a change of gel color if I'm being honest, and I payed for the deluxe. But okay I let it go, but I won't be back. I used to come here for over 5 years so it feels like a breakup. It is what it is. I also don't appreciate how unkept it's looking , it was always sparkling and now when you sit at a station it's not clean it's pretty dusty it's nail dust but I've been to other salons and they don't look like this. Decor and chairs are pretty outdated , I'm no longer a fan. I'm being hella generous with 3 stars because of the 3 nail techs that are still the best at what they do. That's all buh bye! read more

This is a new place and was extremely busy when I came. I checked in and was told the wait would be about 10 minutes. After waiting over 10 mins, I decided to ask for an update. At this time there was a line at the reception area so I knew it was about to get confusing as to who arrived first. I made my way to the reception desk and reminded them that I was waiting. At the same time, 2 ladies that had just arrived were taken back just before me . That bothered me a little bit but no big deal. So after initially saying I wanted a pedi only I decided that I wanted nails too. I told the young woman and also reminded them during my pedicure. They forgot and wanted to start on my nails after the 45 minute pedicure. I decided that I had been there long enough and would come another day for nails. The place is really nice and clean, decoration alone is 5 and the drinks were ok for a nail salon. I think the process could run a little smother but I think it was just a busy day for them and they were trying to accommodate everyone. 5 on the pedicure itself and the color selection is the best I've seen in a while. Nope ! Don't go !! Trying to warn you , I have 4 cuts and 2 are on one toe . My husband was next to me and he said his girl was just ripping his cuticules off because the nipper was not sharp . 3 stars for the quality of work and 1.5 stars for service. Their work is inconsistent. The service is hit or miss.... mostly a miss. I attached a picture to show you the work from my last visit. Needless to say, my mother, friends and I won't ever be back. I tried this place 4 times, twice for the 20% off, then I went back 2 times and I was highly disappointed. They advertise a bar but don't how how to make basic drinks like margaritas or Bloody Mary. Most of the bar is just "for show" or decoration.... not for customers. I had such a great experience here! I came on a weekday, Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't too busy, they just had a soft opening. Plenty of parking in the front and around the complex, it's literally right next to golden chick and Burger King, can't miss it. When I walked in I was immediately greeted! I chose my colors and was sat down in minutes for my pedicure and manicure. The inside is decorated to nice and fancy, it was beautiful Honestly. And the best part...the full size bar is FREEE!! All the free drinks you wanT, they'll make it. And they have little treats like muffins and cookies, it was a nice touch! My nail tech for my manicure was so nice, I believe his name was Steven and he was super professional and made me feel comfortable. My nail tech for my pedicure was excellent! She had to work on my hang nail and although those are never Comfortable , she made me feel good. They have TVs, and clean restrooms as well. We needed this place because in the area there is 5 other nail salons in the surrounding 1 mile radius. And only one another one is one I would recommend. And now I can recommenced this place!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. My first experience was pleasant which led me to returning a couple more times. My second experience was also pleasant, but my third visit is where they lost my business. I received a gel mani which chipped and peeled the next day. I had to go out of town the next day (Friday) and couldn't return to have them fixed until the following Monday. When I spoke to the secretary I voiced my concern about the quality of polish used because about 5 nails had chipped and peeled. She told me that I could change the color to something else and that she would communicate that with the lady that previously did my mails. When I returned to have them fixed, everything that I was previously told was null and void. Apparently nothing was communicated to the other staff which then resulted in them calling the owner. Owner was rude and unpleasant about the situation and offered no apology for the misinformation by her staff. The polish was reapplied by another lady and was the worst service I've ever received. After curing my nails she got up and left, without telling me if I was finished or even filing down the the rough edges. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon and would advise others to beware. read more

I wanted to love this place but everytime I come there is an issue. 1st experience- I walked in the Receptionist immediately said there was no 20% which was I didn't It was fine bc I didn't come for 20% besides that I loved my nails & Sydney ! ( no longer there). 2nd experience- I walked in around 3:20ish & was sat down then I happened to read the sign that says 20% off 9am-3:30 weekdays. Since I was seated BEFORE 3:30 I asked the tech do I get the discount. She asked the receptionist & she said no I missed it mind you I'm looking at the clock & it hadn't turned 3:30 but I shrugged it off. Also the receptionist never asked me for a drink & immediately asked the customer after me but still ignored me. 3rd experience!!!! - I walked in with two nail repairs. None of my real nail was damaged. At first it was a 30 min wait the receptionist insisted on me coming back but it was only 30 minutes & I wasn't in a rush so I waited. 5 minutes later I'm ready to be seated. It was an older woman didn't think much of it just wanted my nails done. 1st I noticed a few things were not so "new" all of the tools look pretty used including the nail filer! So she starts to pry off my broken nails everyone knows this is pretty painful ! The first one was easy to remove but then we got to the second. This one was not lifting & she was using force to try to remove it. I told her that it was painful but she continued to PRY it off & this is when she split MY real nail now I was bleeding. She tried to hurry and hide it & was about to drill my nail with blood on them which is very unsanitary & I told her that it could easily cause infection. So now she decides to soak my nail off. Which should've been done in the first place. She continued to do my other nails then checked on it but obviously it's still bleeding. She doesn't care she then tries to put a fake nail on top of the blood cracked nail. I then got angry bc it all seemed unsanitary & that's when they receptionist rush over trying to see the problem. She explains to them a whole lie saying I came in with my real nail already cracked which was a lie. They automatically take her side saying that my nail was already cracked which it was not ! So I got accused for something I didn't do. So I just shouted I don't want my nails done & walked out. They follow after me saying I have to pay when age literally did nothing ! I explain to them my side & they start to understand & I tell them I don't want her doing my nails & would prefer the other really nice nail tech that did my nails last time ( sadly idk her name)they agree and she starts doing my nails. Shortly after everyone apologizes saying that it could've been handled differently & even the older lady apologizes. But I knew it wasn't sincere. When paying I wasn't even offered any discount for my bloody cracked nail ! Even tho another customer complained & they gave her 20% off her next visit ( I overheard). Don't like how they treat CERTAIN customers !! Will not be back ever. read more

I absolutely love this place! This will be the only nail salon I EVER go to. I am blown away by the care and services this nail salon provided. I was using yelp to find a nail salon and was able to make an appointment immediately thru yelp. The salons response was extremely fast and they had an opening 30 min from when I inquired,so I decided to give it a shot! Man, I am glad I did! Beautiful place, extremely clean and elegant environment and was greeted by a sweet receptionist who was to be there and happy to help! The entire environment is different than other places I have been! They were not rushed, the employees were happy and took there time, and they were genuinely warm! And did I mention the full bar!!! Thats right I said IT- FULL FREAKIN BAR of the good stuff!!! They did a beautiful job, the owner worked on my nails and added her own creative flair and didn't stop until she was happy with her work. During my sesh I could see that the owner really gets the fact that it is all about the customers experience and is just a genuinely good person. I'm so glad I stumbled across this place! They were listed under 'Best Nail Salons Near Me' and for good reason! Can I tell y'all about how I had a nail lift over the weekend and had to have them done on a Sunday morning?! Jenny messages back and forth with me hours before opening on a Sunday morning to make sure I had to fret no longer! Dash opens at 11:30 A.M. and my appointment was at, can you guess what time? 11:30 A.M. I was floored by the amount of effort put forth and by the quick responses. I haven't even visited the place at this point and I'm sold! I arrive and I'm immediately greeted, taken to a chair for my pedicure, and Hannah/Ashley went to work on me to make beautiful again and relieve me of my agony. This establishment is 2 months old which is unbelievable as these ladies move with the utmost professionalism. The salon is beautiful and decorated perfectly! Everything is clean and sparkly, including the bathrooms! The tools and equipment used are sterile and sanitary. I was impressed. Hannah did my nails! She did an amazing job being that one finger was in pain and my previous nail packed on the acrylic powder making for a tedious removal. Hannah was gentle, quick, and patient. My nails came out gorgeous! Ashley was very attentive during my pedicure. I would probably add a few more bells and whistles to the pedicure for the price but it was well executed. I would maybe add some hot stone and a warm compress around the neck. Last but not least, they've even got refreshments! When I say "refreshments", I mean Tequila Sunrises and Gardetto's pretzel snacks! Heyyy! I love this place already and I wish it the best of luck! So far, so good! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that it's 20% off of your services until the end of August! Stopped in here because they were having a special and it was near my mother's place. We were welcomed immediately when we entered the establishment. It was very crowded. We wanted 2 pedicures, 1 manicure, 1 dip manicure. We were told there was a baby shower going on and they might not have enough staff to to our nails. As we were about to leave they decided they could do them. My issue was that you could tell the staff was rushing to do our nails and toes. My pedicure and dip chipped within a week of this service. If they knew there was a private party they should have just closed for a few hours. That way everyone could get the best service possible. I probably won't try this place again. There are other nail salons in the area. On the plus side there was a nice bar and the drinks were pretty good. read more
