I had purchased a pan to be installed under the new water heater. They wouldn't install it.

EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley!…read more I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

I appreciate the clear communication on arrival time. Some contractors are no show no call. The price was transparent. They list their base prices on their website and they also came and did a quote in person so I knew ahead of time what the final estimated price would be. I was nervous to allow someone to drill into my quartz counter top but it was drilled with precision and craftsmanship; this was for the RO faucet. The tech was professional, friendly, and involved me in the installation process. He also was around after installation to answer questions. All in all I am satisfied with the price, product, clear communication, and customer service. If you want an RO in your house because you are tired of gross tap water, let this company give you a quote. Don't get ripped off by other companies that will charge double for their "proprietary" product.

White tanks was hired to replace my sewer line. They ran into some issues which wasn't shocking…read moreit's an old house and I was unaware of things in the yard. But the communication of the issues was done in abrupt ways. One of the issues was that they hit and broke irrigation lines. I fully understand that they are not responsible for them- but I asked if they could cap them off so they wouldn't leak. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. The left them wide open and then denied that any type of water leak could be causing sink holes The night that they finished I had a sink hole in my yard. They told me it was because they couldn't pack the dirt around the bullhorns. I asked if there was any way it could be a leak they assured me it wasn't. I asked for them to come and compact correctly. They said I should remove a septic tank that was found. Because of the stress of the way they communicated I asked them to just compress the dirt. I planned on getting a second opinion about what to do with the septic. I once again brought up leaks they assured me it was fine- I kept my irrigation off just in case. Instead of just compacting the dirt they took bricks that I had in the back yard and cement in a hole they dug up. I wasn't asked or told until after it was done. I have since had multiple landscapers come out. There is two leaks in the irrigation where it wasn't capped off where the sink hole is. Both landscapers quoted charging me extra to either haul dirt away or compact it correctly because it's not even close to even any more. Additionally the amount of garbage left in the dirt and alley was shocking. It looks like a good chuck if not all of the piping was just left broken in the yard along with other parts. The irrigation line that they removed was just left in the alley. They did fix the piece they were asked to- but communication, respect of the yard, and how problems were fixed was problematic.

We had two other 'name brand' plumbing companies tell us the job couldn't be done-a broken sink that needed replaced under a countertop. Mr. Morales gave an estimate then got the job done! He took out the old one, installed the new one, fixed a couple leaky faucets and tightened a loose faucet-all in a couple hours. Fantastic work-the new sink looks great! Highly recommend this company!

I hired…read moreJavier last July to rebuild two basins in my backyard and to add two new float switches to my sump pumps so that when it rains, the basins would empty automatically as they had operated only manually. I had a home inspection last week, finding out that my sump pumps were not working properly. I immediately called Agusto. They have caused me nothing but grief these past two weeks. It's no wonder they're closing and moving to AZ. I, now have to take Javier to small claims court to recoup the repairs that Roto Rooter have made to ensure the basins, float switches and pumps work efficiently. It cost me $1200 for fix what Javier never did. The basins have to be dug bigger and deeper with buckets inside to protect the pumps from getting clogged. They had become clogged after Javier replaced the float switches for new last week. They were supposed to be replaced last July when I initially hired him! Here are just a couple of my emails that detail what I have been dealing with: Javier, I've been calling since yesterday, speaking with Heidi about my sump pumps that you rebuilt last July with new basins and new float switches. I had asked for the sump pumps to be automatic and they are not functioning this way, instead still operating as manual. Heidi said you'd be able to come to my house yesterday and would call when you were on the way. I called back at 1pm and she said you were on a job and it would be most likely tomorrow (Tuesday) that you'd be able to come look at the work you did. I called just now to see if I could get an ETA on your visit today and got Heidi's voice mail. I am worried because there is going to a lot of rain this coming weekend and my sump sumps are not going off automatically. Also, my house is under contract, it just went through an inspection and the inspector also tested the pumps, though working, but not automatically when the basins are full. My invoice of $1635 says that parts and labor are under warranty for one year. Also, the guys who worked on the pumps said that if I had any problem, you'd eb able to help me and take care of them. I'm just asking that you act on your word, and your company's warranty policy which states, "one year warranty parts and labor". Javier, It's Saturday, and I'm checking in again to see when you can come back out and look at my sump pumps please. We spoke Wednesday night after you called me assuring that everything was working when you said you tested the pumps and switches. They are not working! I realize you are moving to AZ, if you're unable to fix my problem, could you please tell me, and at least refund me a portion of the $1635 I paid to you? This way I am not wasting my time in trying to get you to fix these sumps properly. You at least owe me, even after learning that new switches had never been replaced. You did the right thing by coming out and installing the new switches I had paid for in July. You apologized and I said all was good, I only want my sump pumps to work properly and they still do not. So, now I have to call another plumber (who will be very expensive!) when the work you performed is STILL under a one year warranty! Please advise on whether you will fix this problem or not, or refund me a portion of the money I paid you of $1635. I trusted you, you promised this was fixed.
