We have had 2 excellent experiences with this family owned business! The first was regarding a…read moredishwasher that was still under warranty. Ericka took all the information over the phone and ordered the correct piece that required replacement. Charlie was very professional and friendly. He arrived in a timely manner and put in the replacement item. That was over three years ago. We recently contacted them regarding a 2nd refrigerator in our garage which was not working properly. He was of great assistance once again. I plan to use him instead of immediately purchasing new washing machine/dryer when there's a problem. Why? Because the new ones cause so many problems for my friends and I want to try to hold on to this set as long as possible!

Pushy and talked aggressively during each visit. said he could replace any parts because of roaches voiding the warranty. Not sure how he ended up at my house but a couple days later another technician called saying he'd be over the next day and he made two visits and replaced the faulty part free of charge and said my warranty is still good. Also said roaches are not totally avoidable and anything can cause a short in the wire even if I do spray.
