A rare computer board failure happened in the outside unit. The part was on a long back order. This was very hard for us as we had no air conditioning in August of all months. They found us a used one from another unit that got us by until the new one came in. Trane, for our inconvenience, sent us a check for $500 for goodwill. Because DeSantis took such good care of us, we had them install this past summer a new HVAC system in our rental property. I see negative comments here and they all seem to be about the time Mr. DeSantis passed away unexpectedly. The company was going through the transition of new ownership.
