The self wash is the better value, but I found that some of the self-service bays leave faint scratches on my car so I usually stick with the no touch. But the last few washes haven't been great. $22 bucks for a wash and the top of my car is still dirty. I probably won't use them again.

FYI, the undercarriage wash starts right away, so be sure to drive in slower to get a better clean. Rest of my wash went well. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I did also attach a photo from the roof of the car, which looks absolutely pristine and ultra reflective. I went in with a pretty dirty car that had dust all over, old water stains on the roof, and some streaks of mud/dirt on the doors. Save for that spot on the top of the back window, everything else looks very clean and I'm pretty satisfied, especially knowing the bottom of my car got a decent cleaning from the salt during the winter months. I'll be back again.

Even though they knew I had a gift certificate the team of 4 spent at least an hour and a half scrubbing my car inside and out. I have a 7 month old and 2 dogs so my car was in desperate need of a cleaning and I cannot believe what a great job they did. My baby was napping so I was able to get some stuff done in the house while they took care of my car - who knew such a great service existed? Being able to get my car cleaned without having to drive it somewhere and wait an hour in the waiting room with a busy baby is a mother's dream come true! The first time I went, I was a little embarrassed; my cars interior was full of leaves and dirt from the winter/spring. This place has a full crew working on the car. The basic full service includes vacuuming and dusting inside, then wash outside, for $37.50! And they are doing a consistently good job, in less than 20 min! Small waiting area, but you don't have to linger for long. As part of this review, I posted a photo with the add-ons, a VIP spa menu for cars. You can get your car pampered at any level you wish! Quick and Clean car was mediocre car wash to begin with…read more I've been their client for self-service bays and touchless bay since 2014 (over a decade long client!) They always had issues with the self-service bays. Often the soap wasn't working, or the rinse was mixed with dirty soapy water that wouldn't let you rinse it properly. So I am not surprised that they went out of business. However Prestige took it on another level. They raised prices for everything, including self-service bays and... made it worse. The equipment is old and outdated, it barely functions and they ask for way more money now. Also, they shut down touchless bay, so no more of this service for you (if you were looking for it). I am willing to drive 10 more miles just to have a good car wash. Unfortunately, as almost always with Prestige - once they touch something, they ruing it in attempt to satisfy their money greed.

(NOTE: All the 1-2 star reviews seem to be about those higher $$$ non-self services.) Will probably become my new go-to carwash place, due to their superior payment machine: you can just tap your credit card, making it much snappier than the old slide-through one at the Somerville Carwash on Washington St where I usually go. More importantly, the timer display is highly visible: nice big 2" tall bright red numbers on a monitor that is slanted in a corner making it much more visible than a flat-against-the-wall display. I just cough up my $6 for 5 minutes, enough time to do the high pressure soap spray followed by high pressure rinse spray, to get the layer of icky road salt off, and away I go. And last but not least, the self service bays are closed at one end, which means you have to back out when leaving, but is quite a blessing on cold blustery days! I would not want to come here during the really busy daytime hours especially when people get out from work, but it does seem to be thoughtfully set up with traffic cones creating orderly lanes for the automated washes, hand washes, and self-service bays---far better than that godawful place in Arlington I tried once. Luckily I always go in the evening after my Y (just 4 minutes away) closes, so no danger of that ever happening.
