These folks are incredible. I spilled an entire gallon of apple cider directly underneath the driver seat and didnt realize until 2 days later on my way to work when it had fermented so badly that I thought someone had taken my car for a joy ride while i was sleeping. I was originally a little bummed that the day available was a few days out, but after experiencing the service i have no doubt that they were truly booked full until my appointment date. I work long hours so i needed the job done early in the morning to be available by the afternoon and they certainly delivered. While it was clearly an improvement on the fermented apple smell, there was the thought that it may need a second round of treatment which they offered completely free of charge. Sure enough they were right, and they came out within 24 hours of the 2nd round request and even let me keep the machine overnight so that it could get the full time running needed and they picked it up in the morning. Ronald was fantastic, and super educational as well, easily able to explain why certain things may be a better idea than others. It was overall, a seamless and referral-worthy experience with this company/group. 10/10 gonna call them again for my inevitable next spill sidenote: They were also kind enough to give me an update that the arrival time was a little later than anticipated, which was refreshing given the mobile services and contractors i've dealt with in the past year who never give updates and act incredulous when you ask them to at least keep you up to speed. read more

Best ever! From Phone call and appointment to promptness, very courteous and prepared. Worked around my disability and had many choices of services. Pricing is VERY fair indeed AND was discounted as advertised. Passionate, professional, prepared, best work ethic, interpersonal skills and so much more. You can't helo but like these folks. They are nice people, work hard and go the extra mile. Vehicle was in a dangerous corner on a lopsided hill. There was NOT ONE dog hair left and all they did not need my water but only an extension cord. The attention to detail in/out no matter which package one may purchase~THEY COME TO YOU~ which for me as a disable individual was huge. They treated me like a whole person and a disabled person. Pre-Service: Ronald with All-Star communicated with me via Yelp and then text message. He was courteous and professional. We coordinated all details easily. Service: All-Star did a full interior deep-clean with shampooing. They brought all the tools and supplies to the loading dock of my building. The only thing they needed was an outlet. They did a great, thorough job that removed the odor and pet hair from a recent 1000 mile road trip with two humans and two dogs (40# and 75#). BONUS: Ronald is easy to get along with, polite, clean, and even wears a uniform. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. You don't get any attitude or weird laissez faire laid-backness with him. I imagine he gets along with just about everyone, even picky, difficult customers (gee, who could that be?) I am so impressed with Ronald's professionalism, tenacity, and attention to detail! I scheduled an interior detailing service for my 10+ year-old Prius as a means to give a bit of a pick-me-up and maintain the quality of the interior. There had been minor stains on various parts of the upholstery, and some fairly heavy dirt marks on the interior of the trunk. Ronald arrived at 11am and stayed until a little past 4pm - well over the 2hrs 10 minutes stated in his company's description. Time is valuable, and the price (+ tip) I paid hardly felt adequate given the incredible consideration he showed. All in all, Ronald struck me as highly personable, professional, and hardworking - and communication was excellent as well. I seriously could not be more appreciative of his work!! read more

Ronald at all star was phenomenal. I had the worst day and my car was a mess and made an emotional decision to throw money at the problem and my mood. I called all star at about 2pm and scheduled a same day appointment, they came right to my house after finishing a job nearby and even waited for me when I was running late getting home. Ronald and his colleague were extremely professional and did an amazing job with my car, the inside honestly looks new (and This is saying something as I have a 100lb dog that likes to jump right into the car after swimming...). These guys are pros. I have a 2004 TL I use as a work car. Over 5 years it built up grime all over the interior and exterior. They brought headlights back from an opaque color to clear. I thought I would have to buy new assemblies. They took their time, and went through the car front to back including the engine. They did with my TL more than I thought could be done. This service is was well worth the investment. If you plan on selling a used car, you want to call these guys first. I can ask more for my car than I originally anticipated. read more

My car is a 13 year old Mercedes that has not received tender loving care. I opted for the Gold package which I was hesitant to do because of the expense. The All Star team arrived as scheduled on Sunday and did an extraordinary job. I did this as I was thinking of selling my car but after their job of taking out scratches, cleaning and protecting the leather interior and restoring the headlights which I thought were beyond repair, I am going to keep my car. I wish I took before and after pictures because this was seriously impressive. I tried everything to clean my almost-white beige seats to no avail. The interior or my car was a mess with coffee, mud and chocolate stains and dog hair covering it. Ronald worked on the car for 6 hours with no additional charge and the interior looks brand new. I have never had my car detailed - it has been cleaned and vacuumed out but never detailed. It was so worth it! I was worried that I wouldn't get enough value for the amount paid but I sure did.
